Our maintenance Technician Anna has always been great. She performed the Generator installation and comes out for the periodic maintenance every year. We couldn't be happier with Anna's service and attention to all the details! Our generator runs great and never lets us down!

Replaced shop climate control unit. Working time +/- 2 hrs. Function test proved normal. Hauled off old unit and cleaned area. Briefed me on operation. Very professional and courteous crew. Highly recommend.

Hunter came to our house this evening after having 3 other techs have been out here and in less than 5 minutes he was able to locate the problem with our unit. His knowledge and professionalism was outstanding.

I am so happy that Hal's AC maintains my maintenance plan. I also love that Mr. Gavin is the one who has consistently been the one to service my unit since 2020. I love continuity and have recommended them to anyone who asks.

Called at 8am and was serviced at 10 am! Gavin was great and quickly found why my house wasn’t cooling. Thoroughly explained all the questions I had. Hal’s A/C is the best. I’ve received excellent customer service every time!

I called Hals for a minor service issue and Mrs. Whitaker promptly met me this morning and replaced the offending sensor on my generator. I couldn't ask for more prompt and professional service.

Even though the diagnosis wasn't what I was hoping for, johnny was professional, caring, and understanding. Just what I needed in the bad situation I had. They also came back, and took care of the Big problem. I'm truly grateful for all their help!
I thought this posted, all those months ago, when they were first here.. Apparently not. I still feel the need to put the word out.
I also had to have them come out again, for a different issue, and Hunter Royce was very kind, knowledgeable, and efficient.
