If I could give them 10 stars I would. I am extremely satisfied with the service and price. The owner Matt knows what he is doing and the entire company cares about you the customer. Ricky and Adrian showed up on time, made sure I was happy and they even cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend them.

Jesus G. Was very knowledegable and professional. I tried Burkholder after an unsatisfactory experience with a previous AC company and couldnt be happier. The work was performed in a timely and professional manner and the most impressive part was his honesty when he stated that my AC system did not require any additional refrigerant (R22) to complete the repair! I will definately be recommending this company to family and friends..

Most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. Will never use them again. Called August 9 for money. Service was July 18. Told her I was just out of hospital and would call her tomorrow. She was so rude and accused me of lying. My husband got home and said bill had already been paid. We had someone from her business calling us asking for drugs a few years ago. Needless to say, bill paid and will never use them again. Unprofessional through and through. Shocked and she’s the owner. Guessing the good reviews from friends.

Just when the heat came on this week my AC decided to quit working. I called Burkholder AC & Heating LLC and they came to the rescue. Technician Jesus G. quickly did an amazing job. He was courteous and knowledgeable and went right to it. He had the part in the truck and replaced it in no time. The price was very reasonable.

What a great company led by an amazing power couple. They are keeping integrity and value to our HVAC industry. Great job guys! From a fellow HVAC contractor in San Antonio!

Use A/C Technical for our home and a rental. Never employ the usual "upsell" routine or try to nickle and dime. Solid service with proficient technical knowledge. Professional technicians. Good company and it shows through their employees.

I arrived here at 07:00 , called and was told they’re all in a meeting. Meanwhile I’ve been here almost an hour sitting on the shoulder of a busy highway hoping I don’t get hit because from the looks of it , it looks like it’s impossible backing a sleeper cab with a 53’ trailer blindsided off a busy highway with not enough room to do it. I will never come here again

Absolutely the very best sub-contractor I've ever worked with. AC quit on me, they came out and gave me an estimate. I agreed and they went to work. No trying to sell me things I can't use. Did not try and talk above my head (experience level) and were extremely professional. I had Dan, Johnny, Edward, Reuben, Richard, Nohi, and Julian all come out to my place. Ms. Belinda in the office was absolutely wonderful to deal with. Could not have asked for a better company. Got another company out first and boy was that a mistake! Sent them packing, called AC Technical, and haven't looked back. These guys are the best!!

Called up to get a quote on a testing and balance study.

First person had no idea what I was talking about and forwarded me to a different department.

Second person seemed to know what I was talking about but indicated that their equipment to perform the study was broken. They would have to check with the Sales Manager to be sure and the Sales Manager would call me back.

Sales Manager never called me back.

So this indicates to me the staff do not know the business, the business is not maintaining the equipment, and the management don't care about basic customer service... Yikes.

If you need a a/c company. Go no further.

I recently had an issue with our AC not cooling, after speaking with Belinda who is always awesome, the tech arrived within 30 min. Bottom line, the coil in the attic had a leak. Dan Coomes came out while the tech was still there, discussed my options, reviewed the system sizing, sq. footage of the house, etc., then provided me a quote the next business day. In the meantime, they refilled the freon at no charge. The quote included an option for replacing the coil as well as options for replacing the system. I chose to replace the system, the team (4 techs and Dan) replaced the system and had everything up and running before they left. The install was excellent, they left everything clean and working properly. We have been customers since 1998 and they always do a great job. The office staff, especially Belinda is always friendly, provide excellent service and follow up when needed.

When I initially contacted Lonestar Comfort Services, I initially spoke with Ms. Rita and she is an absolute sweetheart. She sent Keith out to the house and he was very professional and very knowledgeable about the products and services. With every visit I was sent a text with the technician’s bio, name and picture.

Then on install day Richard and Roland (brothers) came to do the install. Richard and Roland were very professional and very cool. These guys were an outstanding team and worked their behinds off in the 100+ degree Texas heat. Air Conditioner units are not cheap and the Lonestar Comfort Services personnel provided my family and I with service and professionalism that makes spending this kind of money a lot easier.

There are plenty of great businesses out there, but I have to say Lonestar Comfort Services provide a level of customer service that I have not seen in a very long time. I definitely plan on being a Lonestar Comfort Services client for many years to come and I will definitely be recommending Lonestar CS to everyone I know looking for HVAC maintenance. I am so thankful I took the chance and decided to use Lonestar Comfort Services. These folks are outstanding!!!

Everyone at the company was so helpful along the way. Couldn't of asked for a better company to preform the replacement of my old unit. Brandon got our system running after 9 pm in an emergency situation. Worked with us on pricing so we could be in comfort that night. Even though we needed more time then we thought to gather the funds for the replacement this company still checked on us the whole time to make sure their repair was still holding up. We were blessed to have Lonestar Comfort Services come out & take care of my family's comfort. No need to look into another company to service our A/C unit ever again. Update: the company service has only gotten better. Mr. Jonas as always went through the entire system, heating & cooling, to insure their system can handle whatever weather Texas decides to throw at us at any given time.
