From updating light switches to moving power outlets for a new fridge and even installing a dedicated outlet for an electric vehicle. Brooks has done a lot of work for us to include outdoor lights, lights on our shed, changing out lights in the house and adding additional lighting on the front porch. His prices are very, very reasonable and he does quality work. He takes time to ensure safety for your home and cleans up completely before his leaves. Our family highly recommends him.

We've called on Brook several times now for our electrical needs. Each time, he's proven to be honest, straightforward, and diligent—a truly reliable professional. So far, he's skillfully handled several projects for us, including installing a new sub-panel in our garage, setting up another for our pool equipment, wiring a heat pump, and fitting all the necessary GFCI breakers, plugs, and switches for the pool setup. By the end of that day we had an estimate (several hundred dollars less than competitors) and when we were ready the work was done beyond our expectations. Personable, hard-working, smart, honest

I just had my water heater replaced after my old one began to leak. 🥺. Rickey Hendley, came and gave me the bad news. That said, I had no choice but to replace. He showed me the problem, the tank was leaking, and took the time to explain what the replacement involved and the cost. Obviously I had no alternative, but after Rickey took the time to address my concerns, I was absolutely confident moving forward.

I have used 5 Star Plumbing on 2 prior occasions. Each time, Rickey was dispatched he was forthcoming and professional in addressing the repairs needed (water softener, pressure valve at the main) and e tremely diligent in ensuring I was comfortable and satisfied with the repairs needed.

I specifically requested Rickey because he is a consumate professional and trustworthy. He has always addressed my concerns without pressure, without attempting to upsell and just his absolute honesty and expertise.

I will without hesitation recommend 5 Star Plumbing to my neighbors and friends needed reliable, honest service and repair. Rickey Hendley is an incredible asset to the company. While I hope I won't need their services in the future, if I do, 5 Star will continue to be my go to and I will always request Rickey to handle the issue. Rickey was great! He was outgoing and very efficient. He explained about other services that I might be interested in and also very patient with my nosy and overbearing pets, who love visitors. I would ask for him again when I need Five Star again.

I’ve called on Five Star Plumbing twice and have received amazing service each time. Most recently I had an after hours emergency and Syd came out and immediately went to work! I was up and running in no time. Additionally, the service technicians have been very friendly and everything is explained thoroughly. I couldn’t recommend them more!

Drain and showers backed up and Five Star Plumbing came the same day within a couple of hours.
They are professional, respectful and punctual.
New sewer line was installed and properly connected to the septic tank.

My tankless water heater was not functioning properly. Technician Ricky, responded in approximately 10 minutes of my call. Great price, ($200) professional service, very thorough, and courteous. Highly recommended!

Five star came out in a Friday night. The plumber they sent was so nice and got it all fixed up pretty fast. I would call them again for sure! We paid a little extra since it was considered emergency service but I would say it was worth it!

David with 5 Star Plumbing was excellent and did some good work. He was polite and on time. There’s nothing like plumbing problems. But he took care of those for me thankfully! Hard to believe how easy it is for mice and rats to chew through pex pipe that’s a warning. If you have pex beware you better have a good pest control guy. Last thing I will say is they do business like they “used to” and that if you pay them cash, You don’t get the credit card up charge. And they were kind enough to give me a first responder discount as I’m a professional firefighter. I would recommend them and I will definitely use them again. They also did good work for my in-laws in Castroville.

Syd Blythe was awesome. He fixed some bad pipes under the sink in my restroom. It kept leaking and when he checked the problem out it was worst than we thought. We had that issue for a long time. Five star plumbing are professionals. Thank you again

5-Start has always come through when we needed them. Syd knocked out two jobs flawlessly and Ricky was just awesome. His effort held us over until we were prepared to finish the work on our schedule.
