I had Sergeant Heating & A/C come out to my home today 08/04/2025. He did a great job of letting me know what was happening with the A/C unit. His pricing was very fair and he is a great guy! Thank You Sergeant Heating and A/C!!

Had to have my AC replaced. Al was very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. He even checked our vents and gave me some tips on how to make the air flow better inside my home. Once we decided to go ahead, he and his crew were here soon after to replace the unit. Very professional and even fixed a couple of problems we were completely unaware of for no extra charge. His pricing was good and he is military friendly. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Sergeant Heating and Air Conditioning. They are super nice guys, very fair and reasonable pricing, and did a great job. I found Al, the owner, to be very helpful and knowledgeable in determining the best brand and size of mini split for my home. The install went flawlessly and I absolutely love the mini split. It is far superior than my old window units, much lower electric costs, and is very quiet.

If you are tired of dealing with flaky and ridiculously overpriced HVAC companies, then do yourself a favor and call Al for a free estimate. Al is a nice man, clean cut, and a veteran. He shows up on time as scheduled, really knows his stuff, offers fair pricing, and guarantees his work. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Took the time to really understand the issue and troubleshoot to isolate the issue. Our AC unit had been underperforming for the 5 years prior. We had multiple companies come out, but they were all national chains, even if it didn’t look like it at first. They would just check the line, clean something off and say, that should solve it, and pass me a huge bill, or pitch me a yearly service contract, but it never fixed anything. The AC was just constantly running and the house wasn’t getting cooler.

I finally got Sergeant AC, a real local owned business to come out. The difference was immediate. I explained the issue, they identified one potential cause, addressed it, but then KEPT ON LOOKING. The mentality was “this big of an issue probably has multiple causes, so let’s keep looking.”

The guys got up in the crawlspace and realized there was a fundamental flaw with the original ductwork since the build date. So nobody in the history of this home has ever had a properly functioning air conditioning because a counterweight was installed BACKWARDS, preventing a flap from opening properly.

Although redoing our entire ductwork to fix this wasn’t an option, they found an interim solution to restore functionality (technically this is the first time this house has ever had functionality, so they restore isn’t quite the right word). Within 10 minutes we could notice a difference. In total 2 people spent about an hour in my house doing legitimately challenging work, and the bill was super reasonable, especially considering the level of expertise they brought to the situation.

This is why protecting and supporting local businesses matter. It enables companies like this to thrive and makes for better communities. If you are in service area and need HVAC support, stop looking elsewhere and call Sergeant’s. I’m confident leaving this review because I know he’ll live up to it. So here I am, sipping my morning coffee, comfortable temperature, enjoying my silent home since no AC is running, and dedicating 20 minutes of my life to typing, editing and overthinking this review. Why?

Came home to a 90° house with the ac running. Friend recommended Alfred @ Sergeant. He took care of the ac that day. Thanks for keeping the family cool. Price was good but the the service absolutely the Best. Trust me Ivehad many homes over the years and I always buy them with marginal ac unts:(

Gave them a call at 9:00 at night when our a/c quit putting out cold air, Will was there the next day by 12:30, cold air soon there after. Very professional and good prices, would recommend to all my friends.

This company has been excellent to work with! William and Chris make a great team. I was even approved for financing and I just keep fixing things I’ve wanted to be fixed for some time. Over and over again, they impress me!

William does good work. Also what I like is day or night if I have a question he is there to answer them. I have texted him or called and always received a response. My brother also uses William and his team and we are both very happy with his work. I’d recommend him to anyone.

I called Thursday morning because I had a feeling my a/c went out. They where very responsive and had someone out by 1pm. There tech Paul communicated well and gave helpful tips on how to maintain a a/c unit, and when to call for routine work. Definitely a company I would recommend

William was courteous and patient with our needs. We had an A/C on its last legs.. Instead of charging us the top dollar to repair it, only for it to fail months later as the last company had done. They were able to replace the system within our budget and our power bill dropped with the new more efficient system! Can't thank them enough!

Friendly office staff whom I spoke with regarding service call. My tech, Chad, arrived within 20 minutes. He was very polite, friendly, respectful, and easy to talk to. Took the time to address all my concerns and explain inner workings of my HVAC system of which I know nothing about. Was extremely thorough, and I believed him to be an honest individual.
