I used YellowRose a few days ago. He guaranteed me the best price and out of a few bids, he was the best price. Had a few sketchy super low bids but around the ballpark where everyone was bidding at, he had best price. Showed up on time, very respectful and all around good dude. I didn’t ask the area to be swept, but as I was coming out with my broom to sweep, one of his guys had already swept. Highly recommend these guys and will definitely will be using them from now on for all my junk removal.

What a wonderful experience! I called this morning and within 3 hour Luis and Rose showed up and removed my old mattress and box spring. Then they put the new ones on the bed for me. I had use Mike several times and was satisfied with his work. Things changed once my husband passed away. Mike started making unwanted advances such as inviting me to come shower at his house when my hot water heater went out. I told him I was not interested in dating anyone. He continued making comments, which I ignored. I only continued to use his services only because his prices were affordable. He started a project in my bathroom wich he never finished despite several promises to do so. I now have a bathroom with half of flooring unfinished and a sink that doesn’t have running water. He continually promised me he would show up and finish it and never did. His latest stunt was accepting a job to come snake my drain as it backed up and rendered the shower/tub unusable. Again promising to show up repeatedly and never showing. When I texted him him he decided to butt in to my personal life and tell me how I should be running my house. When I told him how I run my house is my business. He got nasty with me and basically told me he wasn’t going to help me and left me high and dry. Personally I think it all stemmed from my non interest in dating the creep. I will never use him again nor recommend him to anyone. The man is a jerk!

We first hired Mike about 7 years ago to install a water line from the sink to a refrigerator. I recall that he came out sooner than I expected and did the job well. We had just moved into this rent house and we noticed that the dishwasher wasn't draining correctly. We mentioned it in passing when he asked how we were liking the new house. Mike very quickly found the problem and fixed it, even though he was only there to install a refrigerator water line. The company that installed the dishwasher (not Mike) had forgotten to remove the plug from the dishwasher that allowed it to drain. Saved us from having to put in a request for service with our landlord.

Fast forward to today and we now own a house that was having an issue with poor water pressure in the sink. Mike was able to come the same day to work on it. It's an old house and Mike had to replace several valves, replace a rubber ring that had disintegrated due to age, and find a replace part for a section of the faucet. Still, Mike did a great job, quickly, and at a very fair price. We will continue to use his services anytime we need a handyman in the future.
