Plumbing reviews in Cedar Hill, Texas

Great service. Very courteous employees.

Doug and his crew are amazing! I have used them for 18 years in the south Dallas, north Ellis county area. They have treated me like I am their only customer. I have used them for residential and commercial plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Excellent service.

The best customer service out of all of them this place deserves 100 stars!!

WISE ACADEMY has used this company for many years. They always are knowledgeable about the products and they are professional.

Owner Bivins Construction.

This place has some lazy ppl . Their is no customers in the front or in the back super slower this guy sees me then puts his head down to the phone like no one is there I even said hello and nothing smh

I just spoke with the manager of the store and he failed to give me confirmation as to whether my plumber took delivery of a $1000 tankless water heater. He just says he doesn't know. I'm pretty sure it's illegal to sit on purchased materials. He even hung up on me when I started questioning his talking in circles. I was only trying to get confirmation on whether the plumber left with the water heater or not. And his response was "I don't know". There's a thing called inventory and I'm pretty they have to have an inventory system to run their business.

Honest guy exceptional quality. Will be using Jerry going forward!

Great company indeed! We had a pipe spring a leak in one of our main offices and they were able to come out and have it fixed fairly quickly with no major disruption to business! Extremely professional and knew exactly how to get the situation under control. A good company to have in your phone book in case of an emergency for sure.

Professional and got the job done fast. Reliable and easy to communicate what needs to be done.

Jerry's Plumbing has always been fast, reasonable and efficient. Dishwasher draining problem: took one look at it and found the drain plumbing wasn't routed properly. Fixed it in a flash. Same with a bad shower head and hot water heater. Quick, reasonable and efficient.

I've had Jerry and his guys come out for a few plumbing issues for our house. He's been great to work with! Knows his stuff, fast to get the job done, and does a great job. Happy to recommend Jerry and his guys!
