This was our second home update that Wright Way has successfully completed for us in a little over 1 year. The most recent project was a total renovation of both a luxury vinyl plank floor and carpet. Ray helped us to choose a quality product for both by providing samples that were brought to our home. Such ease! Ray & Zach are honorable men to work with. We even left town for this project & trusted them with access to our home for them & their great crews to complete the project. They provided pictures & updates to communicate the progress. They were very responsive to any concern that we expressed. Highly recommend them for your next home remodel project.

I recently hired Wright Way Construction to replace my roof, paint my home, replace damaged siding, and correct a long‑standing roof drainage issue that the previous owner left me. I could not be happier with the entire experience.

From start to finish, the communication was excellent. Ray provided outstanding supervision throughout the project. He was responsive and made sure I understood each step of the process. Any concerns I had along the way were addressed quickly and professionally.

The quality of the work was exceptional. The crews were polite, respectful, and incredibly professional every day they were on-site. They took great care to protect my home and property during the entire project, which I truly appreciated. All of the work was completed within the timeframe originally quoted.

Wright Way Construction helped us not only restore our kitchen after a burst pipe in the ceiling caused extensive damage, but also worked with us to add some remodeling to the scope. They raised the drop ceiling, designed and built custom upper cabinets to fit our unique space needs, updated and painted the lower cabinets, redid the backsplash, and installed all of our new appliances. Ray and Zach helped us with ideas for how to best utilize the space and were very responsive throughout the process. Their work crews were respectful and honest. Our kitchen has been completely transformed and we're loving the new look and feel of the space!

Ray Wright Construction did an excellent job upgrading our laundry room and replacing all of the windows and doors around our home. The categories we are using to rate the quality of work we received to give a 5 star rating are: providing ideas for upgrading, respect, communication, and coordinating installation are definitely top notch in every category! Ray Wright listens to what you want and makes the magic happen!

Wright Way converted our back porch into a sun-room / office / guest-room. Every single expectation was exceeded. I had an idea of what it would look like...the end result was far beyond what I imagined...better in every way. All the workers were courteous, respectful and friendly. This son and father team are the best construction company I could have ever hired. I am so super pleased with my new bathroom and look forward to continuing to do business with them. They were patient, caring, and loving throughout the entire process. They cleaned up after their mess by mopping, covering, and daily vacuuming. They don’t hesitate to go the extra mile. Our historic house was damaged in a bad hail storm which required a roof replacement, repainting, window screen replacement, broken window replacement and some repairs to trim features. In addition, we wanted to add underfloor insulation to parts of the house, replace the installation in one of the attics and take care of a few handyman-type items.

Ray worked with the insurance company in order for us to receive the maximum reimbursement for our storm losses, much more thoroughly than we probably would have been able to do on our own.

The workers were professional, courteous and detail oriented. The work done was excellent. While the work was going on we were frequently contacted to let us know what was going on and when to expect the workers. A special feature of our house had some bad wood that needed to be addressed. Ray and Zach figured out a way to not only repair the feature, but also to do so in a way that would prevent future damage.

We would highly recommend Wright Way for any house maintenance that might be needed whether large or small.

Ray and his son Zach removed the mold from our kitchen (all the way to the drywall) and remodeled our 1980s kitchen and made it look new and luxurious! They also did some work on a window drywall that had mold too!

Working with Ray and his team was great! If there was anything wrong or wasn't done right they would redo it and most of the time before we even asked!

The team that worked on the kitchen was great! Omar, German, Isidro, Richard, Luis, and Noah all went above and beyond. I had a a lot of last minute changes and they accommodated it very well! Also a big mention to Omar because he did an amazing job and worked to make sure everything was kept clean before (mats to protect flooring), during (plastic to cover my son's toys), and after (vacuumed, mopped, and cleaned all the areas they were in). My son really liked interacting with Omar, G, and Zach so that was a nice touch.

Overall the project took 3 and a half weeks which was very very fast compared to other people who got their kitchen done.

Lastly, Zach did a great job communicating when the they would come over, who would come over, what time and if they weren't going to come over that day. This helped us to set an expectation on when to be ready.

We love our kitchen and we thank God that we met Ray and that he did our project!

Awful customer service. Just awful. They quoted me a time between 9-11 am and showed up at 1:30 pm. They quoted me a price for two rooms and almost doubled it when the technician finally got there! The technician went to his car to call his "boss" and just drove off. They get zero stars in my book!

I had a bad experience with this company and it’s sad. I called them yesterday (Sunday) to have my area rug cleaned as I’m moving out and wanted it cleaned up for my new house and was booked for an appointment for 12pm today (Mon May 19, 2025) 1 waited for 2 and half hours but they didn’t turn up or called me back, despite my numerous phone calls to them. Their voicemail was full so I couldn’t leave any message. It’s sad that some businesses like this don’t have the curtesy, integrity and consideration of customers especially during this tough times. Not worth giving them my business.

They were very helpful. Answered my calls and walked through the process. Even gave me a company to call for used parts. Excellent customer service.

I Agree with all the other reviews that this man is very annoyed already from the fist time answering the phone to the very last word spoken. He said " from the time I turn my truck on and start driving to you its Cha -Ching Cha - Ching from there"!!!! I mean wow great explanation 👍 boy bye!!
