Ray was great! Fixed things in a flash. Very kind and respectful.

Arrived within service time window, friendly and knowledgeable. Did a great job explaining the problems with our appliances.
We had 4 appliances looked at, 3 with issues found and repaired at a fair price.

Additionally… it was going to cost us $436 in just diagnostic fees to have Sears come out and wait for 2 weeks for them to be available.

They squeezed us in short notice and our total bill, parts and labor were less than Sears original quote to just come out and take a look at the problem!!!!

Swept up behind the refrigerator without me asking.

Daniel did a great job repairing our Samsung refrigerator. When another issue arose over the weekend, he promptly came over on Saturday evening to make sure all was running correctly. Great customer service.

Excellent service. Easy to work with. Informative about old appliances vs new ones. What was wrong. He showed me where old oven parts failed, and what to expect from new parts (ignition, flame size and brightness). Will definitely call again.

Daniel was prompt and clear on the diagnosis. He gave a good quote and our dishwasher is functioning. While fixing he checked other parts, and cleaned up the space. He has good work ethics.

My 10 yr old ice maker started making just one block of ice. Daniel, very nice gentleman, looked it over and said it needed new ice maker part. Expensive part, but I said fine order the part. He returned the next day with a part in hand and very quickly installed the new ice maker. I was skeptical, and concerned. The original ice maker would pop, crack, bang and wake my puppies and they would bark until the noise was over. For a full day I heard nothing, no noise what so ever.
Pretty sure there would be no ice. Well, boy was I wrong, nearly a full ice container. Did a little old guy happy dance and had me some cold water. Great job Daniel. Thank you.

Daniel was great to work with. Super knowledgeable!! We was able to identify right away the problem I was having with my washer and did an excellent job repairing it. Plus he bend over backwards to accommodate my schedule.

My oven stopped heating correctly. Called them at 8am and Daniel was here by noon. He was polite, friendly and very efficient. He diagnosed problem, replaced two parts he had with him an was finished in an hour. Price was reasonable. I’m very pleased with Central Appliance.
