Arrived within service time window, friendly and knowledgeable. Did a great job explaining the problems with our appliances. We had 4 appliances looked at, 3 with issues found and repaired at a fair price. Additionally… it was going to cost us $436 in just diagnostic fees to have Sears come out and wait for 2 weeks for them to be available. They squeezed us in short notice and our total bill, parts and labor were less than Sears original quote to just come out and take a look at the problem!!!!
Ali was tremendous. Ali arrived less than three hours after I first called Central. Took a couple of hours to solve my problems with the refrigerator and ice maker. Ran out to get a needed part. Swept up behind the refrigerator without me asking. Excellent service. Excellent person.

Daniel did a great job repairing our Samsung refrigerator. When another issue arose over the weekend, he promptly came over on Saturday evening to make sure all was running correctly. Great customer service.
