Phillip and Jennifer are very customer appreciative and did a great job for us on our washing machine repair. He was prompt to come out and assess the problem, order the parts, and come back for installation. Jennifer is great at scheduling and follow-through. Phillip is knowledgeable, polite, on time and neat. I had a very positive experience with them

Phillip was a breeze to work with. He quickly diagnosed the problem in my dishwasher, had the part needed to fix it in his truck, and got it up and running in no time. He also gave me some good tips about maintaining the unity (never new it had a filter I could clean :). I would definitely work with him again.

I’ve used Precision twice and love them! Once was for my dish washer and then this week for my dryer. They are very easy to communicate with, prompt, and worked well with my home warranty company. Highly recommend giving them a call!

Precision Appliance was sent to me by American Home shield and to be honest I am always a bit weary about who they send out. However Precision Appliance Repair is a diamond in the rough.

Philip has been my go to guy for all my appliance needs. He is an amazing repair man, but he is even a better human. He is on time, works very hard, very efficient, super honest, and will never leave until the job is done or a solution has been reached.

It has been very hard for me to find quality companies, and when I find them I don't stop using them. I appreciate everything Precision Appliance has done for me, and I am grateful to have Philip and his team on my jobs when needed.

I want to give a huge shout out to Precision Appliance Repair. Philipp came to my house to work on my dishwasher. He was timely and quick. He was also extremely professional and very pleasant. Andrew his son was with him and he was just as pleasant as Philipp. I would highly recommend them for any appliance repairs.

Philip with Precision Appliance Repair was great. He diagnosed our problem quickly and ordered the part right away. Jennifer was great to follow up on when everything was due to arrive. Very competent, timely, and great communication. I highly recommend them.

Great job by Precision Appliance. Phillip showed up on time and only took a few minutes to determine the faulty part. He told me he would be back at 2 pm after picking up the parts. He returned at 2 pm and installed the new part. Very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again if I need an appliance repaired! Definitely 5 star service.

The people that work at precision appliance are 100% professional and really understand the stress that you are under when an important Appliance breaks down. My washer broke down On Thursday. Friday, they were out to look at it and by the following Wednesday my washer was fixed!! Bravo precision Appliance thank you all

They were quick to schedule, they were willing to chat to figure out potential problems for our dishwasher, they were professional, and most importantly they were honest. Gas dryer stopped igniting and heating. Jennifer returned my call within minutes and scheduled Philipp to come out asap. He called first to give me a time window and was prompt and courteous. We felt like he was very knowledgeable and fixed the dryer. I like their warranty and will keep their card for future issues with the rest of our aging appliances. It was nice to conduct business with an honest repair company.

Contacted Precision Appliance Repair on a Saturday morning. I expected a call back Monday, but was contacted within minutes! My oven was repaired that day. Philip is so knowledgeable. He knew exactly what was wrong and brought the part and repaired the oven quickly. He has been so helpful with repairing my old appliances.

Very thorough, reliable and honest. Suggested our dishwasher not worth repairing because saw droppings underneath. Couldn't be sure to replace all the damaged parts. He could have tried to repair it and been able to charge more service fees. Came back next day to look again after pest control had been by.

My home warranty company dispatched Precision for a few appliance repairs, which were all completed in a timely, efficient, and thorough manner. In the meantime, another issue came up that my warranty wouldn't cover. Philipp sent me a quote, but mentioned that the parts needed might actually have come with my appliance. Sure enough, he was right, which saved me around $200!! Precision is an honest, knowledgeable, and reliable company that I'd be happy to do business with again anytime.

I got Precision Appliance as an AHS customer, after another vendor was incompetent in replacing my exhaust hood fan. Precision was competent, courteous, creative, kept me updated throughout the part arrival process - overall perfect.
