This repair service was an exception to the normal service provided by Sears We have been waiting three months for our side by side refrigerator to be replaced under our master protection plan. No icemaker for six months. Sears will sell you a policy but will not support it once you buy it. So much for integrity.

Don has serviced several of my appliances and is great at communicating his schedule. Does a thorough job getting things back to 100% each visit.

The tech Winfred, was on time. He let us know that the part he was going to replace wasn’t the problem. He told us Fridge was under warranty and we needed to contact LG.

Friendly and knowledgeable. Quickly diagnosed the problem and suggested solution, even though that solution didn’t include purchasing services from him.

Winfred(Sears/Kenmore Repair) did a great job! He worked quickly to get the new parts into my fridge and cleaned up everything after. He was courteous and friendly(and fast!) I appreciated that he was so knowledgeable and told me how to clean the coils under the front of the fridge before and after he did it for me.
