Worst customer experience ever.
We paid for over a year of maintenance and we did not get maintenance one time. WE called to get our filters changed and then we were charged an additional $520 after paying $1,880.. so $2,400.
When we called to speak to someone and explain our situation of running a Salon with heat and the salon being over 80 degrees after the filter was changed and the lady on the phone laughed at us.
We still have not heard from a supervisor nor had our HVAC fixed.

We called iAir Services with an emergency AC failure and Michael came out that afternoon, diagnosed the problem and came the next day and fixed everything. Michael has been completing our twice yearly check ups for several years and we trust him explicitly.
iAir Services has always been very fair and it is obvious they appreciate loyal customers. I am certain if we had called anyone else with an emergency, they would not have been able to immediately respond.
We have been very happy with them and have recommended them to friends in the area. They will be performing all our HIVAC needs in the future.

UPDATED EDIT: Unfortunately I now need to change my rating of this company. At their recommendation we had them install a Remi Halo air purifier into our HVAC plenum last year. We recently found out that it was improperly and poorly installed, causing mold growth in the plenum around the Remi Halo, and throughout our HVAC system. To make it worse, they are refusing to take any responsibility or action to make this right. They are completely unresponsive even though the technician came out and saw the Remi Halo barely attached to the plenum and after we sent them photos and documentation from a mold inspector. Very disappointing. I would not recommend working with this company! I would give them 0 stars if that were possible.
After dealing with numerous HVAC and home air quality issues, iAir Services was fantastic to work with! All of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the technician that did the work was so helpful in explaining things my husband and I can do on our own to keep our system running well. I would highly recommend them!
