In the great freeze of February 2021, we had a pipe burst underneath our home in the crawl space feeding an outdoor faucet. Being the seventh day in a row where we did not get above freezing, I would have expected to wait days for support. In fact, we called a few companies and were told it would be next week before anyone could come out to help (that was on a Wednesday). Miraculously, my wife linked up with Austin Cardwell who got us in touch with his dispatcher. We had two professional representatives form their company at our home in just three hours, and two hours later, the job was complete. The technician and his helper were very polite and professional. Really appreciate the quick and professional support.....and the hot shower shortly after they left!

I called CTX plumbing on Monday, which was also Labor Day because my hot water was not working. They called me back and scheduled me the next morning! I couldn’t believe it! They were out when they said they would be out and assessed the repair. They had to order a part but they overnighted it and came back out promptly the next day to complete the repair. I am very satisfied with CTX and highly recommend them!

They are so chill. I've used them 4 or 5 times for plumbing and electrical. The technicians are always kind and professional and the office admins are a pleasure to speak with. I wouldn't use anyone else. They've truly earned my business and trust.

I have used CTX a number of times and I am always impressed with their service, professionalism, timeliness and quality. Ryan has been to my house the last two times and he is knowledgeable, courteous and fast. CTX texts the name and photo of the service person coming out so it feels safe as well. I recommend CTX to anybody.

We had sewage coming up through our drains so we needed help FAST! CTX came out within an hour of calling and I worked with Wes and his partner. What they thought was a clogged pipe turned out to be our sewage line being drilled into by ATT. Wes cleared our sewage line so it was at least usable and made sure we had all of the information we needed for repairs and next steps. Everything was fast but precise. I will definitely be calling CTX for future needs!

I called CTX at 7:30 am and had an electrician at my house by 9:15 am the same day. I had a new, loud buzzing in my breaker box. The problem was quickly identified. It will be fixed once a new part arrives. It’s nice having a truly local company that cares about the customer and takes pride in their work. Customer service is non existent anymore. My experience with CTX showed me that they aren’t like everyone else and still care about customer service. I will be calling them again for my electrical needs. Thanks CTX!

They replaced washing machine water valves that had corroded and were leaking. The repair was scheduled the day before closing on the sale of the property, but wouldn't you know it ... a winter storm blew in hours earlier than anyone expected. When I explained the situation, the plumbing manager, Austin, hustled to find someone who would still get to us safely and get the repair done. Both crews that came out (to give the estimate and order parts and to do the actual repair) were courteous and professional. Huge kudos to them for getting the job well done under extraordinary circumstances!

We needed our water heater replaced and they got us in right away. They were on time and got it finished quickly. I noticed it was dripping a little bit (nothing serious) about 2 days later and Preston came at the end of his long day to look at it and tighten it, no charge. HIGHLY recommend CTX for any plumbing needs.

Don't hesitate to call CTX for your electrical needs. Jose and Jesus were awesome to work with. They took care of every detail, clearly communicated throughout the job and were 100% respectful of our property. Both the owner of CTX Electrical and a manager came to the site to deliver additional parts and both spent time talking with me to make sure I was satisfied with the work being done. Awesome experience!

CTX Plumbing & Electrical sent techs Adam and Darryl to troubleshoot water leak dripping through ceiling fan. CTX techs quickly determined leak was due to damaged roof shingles. I had roof shingle damage recently with Severe Tstorms in area. Thanks again to CTX Plumbing and Electrical coming out quickly and determining problem. I have used CTX before and will continue to use them if any other problems arise. Good job!

Excellent service! Moved into our house and needed to have all the drains in the kitchen and bathrooms cleaned. I called CTX and was able to get an appointment for 8am the very next morning. They were prompt and thorough, and completed all of the work in a timely manner. Very reasonably priced as well. They also took the time to note things that may need service in the future, but did not pressure me into fixing right then, which I appreciated. If you're looking for an honest plumbing company - call CTX Plumbing!

These guys have worked throughout our home; both electrical and plumbing. I highly recommend them for their expertise, professionalism, fair pricing, quality response and service all around. Electrical issues and connections, tubs, steam shower, water heaters, toilets, main line plumbing, Austin and RJ have been super helpful.

We have used these guys twice now. Once to install the 50amp electrical outlet for my mother inlaws' RV and to fix a leak in the wall for our washing machine. Both times were such a good experience. Everyone who has come out was very easy to get along with. Both guys did exactly what we needed and were very nice. Booking is easy peasy. Highly recommend.

Plumbing - Ryan was extremely efficient and knowledgeable. He answered my questions, explained the repair and was easy to talk to.

On the electrical side, Cory repaired a canned ceiling light and reset the switch for the outdoor outlets. He was patient, nice and didn't laugh at us for the simple repairs we probably should have known how to fix ourselves. I appreciate his efficiency and professionalism.

The office was very good about keeping us informed of when the tech was coming.

Since moving to Celina CTX has been our go-to company for electrical and plumbing. We've done big jobs with them (installation of hot tub with underground electrical) to small interior jobs. Each time the job has been bid fairly and the work done professionally and to code. Their service techs are at the top of their game and I trust them implicitly. Recently we had an after-hours emergency and CTX proactively called us to help after seeing our Facebook post asking for help. They did the job one of the national plumbing chains had failed to complete earlier that day. Recommend CTX highly. We're very fortunate to have them in our community.

RJ from CTX recently diagnosed and corrected a plumbing challenge for us. He was a true professional. We also had communication with the corporate office and also found them to be efficient and professional.

On May 3 we had to get a plumber out for a clogged toilet. We called CTX and they sent Darrell out within the hour. Darrell showed up when I was told he would and went right to work. He had to snake the toilet and explained that the mechanism inside the tank should be replaced so that more water flowed into to the bowl. Today, unfortunately, I had to call them back for the same issue. Darrell returned within the hour and once again did his job with professionalism. This time he did a little more investigation and determined that the lines were clear. We were not charged for this second visit. We will definitely will be using CTX for any plumbing issues in the future and highly recommend asking for Darrell to be your technician.

I used CTX when I discovered a broken pipe in an exterior faucet and when the tub in my primary bathroom would not produce hot water. They were able to make the first visit about 2 days after my call and quickly fixed the exterior faucet issue. Fixing the bathtub plumbing issue was more involved because the bathtub did not have an access panel- UGH. However, they carefully drilled out around tile without breaking the tile in order to reach the pipes, diagnosed the issue, and returned the following week with the correct part for a fast repair. I appreciated the scheduling reminder emails and text communication on appointment days alerting me that the technician was on on the way. They were very always on time and very professional. I recommend CTX Plumbing and would use them again if the need arises.

The plumber I’ve used for years was not available when I had a minor flood the other day. I am so grateful to my friend who recommended CTX plumbing and electrical. They responded quickly to my call, fixed the problem, and cleaned up after they finished. Their charges were very reasonable. I will definitely be calling them for plumbing needs in the future.

YOU CAN'T GO WRONG HERE......Great ownership, Great Service and most importantly they communicate very well. The owner is very involved and has high integrity. If you have a problem, you can call him and he will make it right or discuss options. Look no more, you will not be disappointed. Our water heater went out on a Thursday night, emergency call and a new one was installed at a great price the very next day. Did not try to overprice the job and communicated our options which aligned appropriately with other companies pricing. So you will not be overcharged.
