CTX Plumbing & Electrical Company

In the great freeze of February 2021, we had a pipe burst underneath our home in the crawl space feeding an outdoor faucet. Being the seventh day in a row where we did not get above freezing, I would have expected to wait days for support. In fact, we called a few companies and were told it would be next week before anyone could come out to help (that was on a Wednesday). Miraculously, my wife linked up with Austin Cardwell who got us in touch with his dispatcher. We had two professional representatives form their company at our home in just three hours, and two hours later, the job was complete. The technician and his helper were very polite and professional. Really appreciate the quick and professional support.....and the hot shower shortly after they left!

I needed a new garbage disposal installed so I called CTX Plumbing. This was a first time call. They did excellent and professional work. So I called them back to install a point-of-use water heater. This experience was less than excellent and professional. For starters they installed the POU water heater, charged me for the installation ($443) and then told me they couldn't finish the job because I needed a 30amp wire run and they would have to send one of their electricians to do an estimate. When the electrician showed up he told me it would be around a $1000 to run that line. I asked why the plumber didn't stop the POU water heater install when he found out that an additional work estimate needed to be completed, but he didn't have a satisfactory answer for that. Reluctantly, I told him to send me a written estimate to my email which he never did. I called a different electrician to have the work estimate done. They did it the same day and it didn't cost $1000. I won't be using CTX Plumbing & Electrical anymore.

I called CTX plumbing on Monday, which was also Labor Day because my hot water was not working. They called me back and scheduled me the next morning! I couldn’t believe it! They were out when they said they would be out and assessed the repair. They had to order a part but they overnighted it and came back out promptly the next day to complete the repair. I am very satisfied with CTX and highly recommend them!
