I have to give a big shout out to Johnny! I had been to three of the big box stores to find my shower Ceramic Disc Cartridge Replacements. I was told Ferguson would have the part. So going there was my last hope of getting my shower back up and working in a relative short time. I check the on the wall for the part I needed. I did not see it. I waited and finally was able to approach the counter to inquire if they had the part which I had in my hand. Without even looking at the part he said to check over on the wall. And if it wasn’t there I would have to contact the mfg. so just to be sure I went to the wall to check again. Nope not there. Then Johnny came over and asked if I needed any help. He took my part and examined it. He did not see a direct replacement. But he found one on the wall that he said would work. But then he took the part over to a chart on the wall. After a few minutes he went over to his computer and just like that he came up with the exact replacement at one of the big box stores. I was so relieved. I went in line in received the parts the next day. Now that is what I call customer service! I will gladly recommend Johnny to anyone needing plumbing parts. I appreciate everything he did to help get my issue resolved. Thank you Johnny!!!!

Johnny gets 5 stars but I took off one star for the first guy who sluffed me off because he couldn’t be bothered.
