Gene thanks for doing our annual preventative maintenance inspection on the two water heaters and hydrojetting our sewer line.
This was our first time hydrojetting our sewer lines for preventative maintenance and we are happy that there wasn’t any major issues or concerns.
Your professionalism, your knowledge explaining the procedure and answering all of my questions was greatly appreciated. -

Ben came over late in the day to check out our now old water heater as we were experiencing brown water in our sinks and showers. He flushed it but the test afterwards spewed rusty red hot water (see tub photo). Ben unclogged a bathroom drain for me also and put in the order for a new water heater for us.
Lionel and Colby came out the next day to install the new water heater and haul away the old one. Everyone was very professional. If I asked any questions, they were happy to answer them as thoroughly as needed. It took about three hours to remove the old w/h, the old gas lines and install all the new parts and water heater. I would recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing and would be happy to have them help us again.
