Great two-man team of Favian and Pedro cleaned both my tiles and added new grout and my wooden floors. The prior owners didn't keep up with cleaning. The new grout made all the difference with the tiles and the wooden floors feel much smoother and cleaner. Great job. I highly recommend.

We were getting estimates to replace our tile floor. We had Seal Systems come out to show us what they could do for it by cleaning and sealing. Tyler showed us a sample of cleaning and recoloring the grout. It looked great so we hired them. The work was done on time and the tile cleaned up and the grout looked like new. Very happy we hired them because we saved thousands of dollars and we couldn't be more pleased

Outstanding results! They cleaned the tile and grout in our new home and then mixed custom sealer colors until we found the right one. The grout looks great now, and the shade is very consistent. The techs not only knew their process very well, they were pleasant to work with.

Product did not work for my floor. My tile is actually the one pictured in the company's October special. It looked this clean for about two weeks, and then reverted back to it's original, dark and dirty self! I called the owner and he quickly came back out to try another application. It again, lasted 2 weeks and then the dark seeped back through. I am super disappointed and frustrated that my phone calls have not been returned. The $400 that they charged me would have been a great deal IF my grout looked clean for a few years NOT a few weeks.

Tyler and his team are Amazing! We had them clean and seal the grout at our house about 6 months ago and the grout is still as clean and white today, as it was right after it was cleaned.

We were so impressed with the results, we just used Tyler and his team again to clean and seal the grout in a new house we are about to move into. The results were absolutely amazing once again!

It took several calls to have a company willing to renew my grout. Some wouldn’t take the drive while others gave a general quote based on square footage over the phone. It wasn’t until I contacted Seal Systems that I received a much improved experience. After a visit and discussion of the process (using toothbrushes) with the owner, I accepted on the spot. He said that my floor would look like new, I wasn’t so sure of that but really appreciated his confidence backed by 26 years of experience. While making dinner I spilled enchilada sauce on my light gray grout and thought oh no. When I saw the spill it had already dried, but just as I was told, stains like that could easily be wiped up and it was. The floor is so bright now my daughter mentioned that it looked like a whole new floor and it really does. It is not often anymore that you get what you are told at a great price, but with Seal Systems you do! In the picture, you can see the before and after. What a difference!

They cleaned the tile and sealed the grout in our kitchen, dining area, living room, hallways, and bathrooms. It was a big job and results were fantastic. It looks like new tile! They were professional and efficient. I highly recommend.

Seal Systems is amazing! Tyler (the owner) came out promptly and gave a very reasonable estimate. Favian and D were the two technicians that came out. They explained everything and answered any questions that I had. They did amazing work! I would definitely recommend Seal Systems to anyone looking to get work done! The before and after photos do not do it justice! You can really tell the difference in person!

Thomas did an amazing job with service and explanation of all of the work that needed to be done to secure our sprinkler system from leakage. We will definitely use Andy’s again and ask for him as his friendly demeanor was so welcoming.

I called Andy’s yesterday in a panic when I saw an excess amount of water in my yard and they scheduled me in less than 24 hours. Not only did they show up on time, Thomas Morgan my technician called to ask if earlier arrival was available since his schedule allowed it. Both of our schedules permitted an earlier appointment, which was appreciated.
It was determined right away where & what was causing the leak. He and his team did a thorough check of my entire unit. They found some of the problems I had been experiencing, but I was unable to identify on my own. The scope of work was presented in 3 ways- 1)emergency Fix 2) important issues and 3)future needs. For each of the optionsAndy’s Sprinkler prices were very reasonable . My technician THOMAS Morgan and his team did an excellent job at doing the work of mending the system’s problems & keeping my outside as clean as it was before. I highly recommend Andy’s Sprinkler & recommend Thomas Morgan as a superior employee for his excellent communication, knowledge, timeliness, and skill.

Jordan came out, found the problem, fixed everything and took great care of us. Can't recommend them (and Jordan specifically) enough!

Jordan was excellent with prompt arrival very good cleanup and a new main valve. He also went and rechecked all the lines and sprinkler heads.

Jordan and crew showed up on time. Inspected and serviced my sprinkler system. Made some recommendations to bring it up to code and date. The work was completed quickly. Very pleased with final product. This is the second time using Andy’s. Both times they did an excellent job. If you book an appointment with them, ask for Jordan Edwards. You won’t be disappointed!!
