Nothing...i get home my yard looks basically untouched so i call Terry. He looks and says some jibberish about Dallas grass and that his lawnmower cant cut the aforementioned "Dallas Grass" he says ro me whats the cure? I say do it right like your website said you would. Terry tells me nope im not doing it again i didnt make any money blah blah blah. On top of this his guys mowed over some oramental grasses thst line our driveway I tell Terry and says yah if you dont tell us not to mow that up front we just mow over it...I would never I mean never use this company and i wouldnt recommend Terry and a cut above to an enemy much less a friend. Take my advice and steer clear of tricky Terry!!

Terry is dishonest and will lie to you in a heart beat. He has poor business practices, poor accounting practices and even worse morals. My wife called him to discuss him overcharging us (which he very much so did) and he said "I do not care about this" and hung up on her. He is a crook and is not to be trusted. Steer clear of tricky Terry and his ridiculous contracts he makes you sign.

The owner, Terry, is not a terribly good salesman, but he does fantastic work. What's even more worthwhile is his knowledge. If you hire him for a job, you can pull him aside and talk to him about various gardening things, and he'll tell you all sorts of good stuff. When I say he's not a good salesman, it's because he's got a bad habit of letting go of the 'inside' secrets, allowing you to go and do yourself what you could have hired him to do. He knows all the places in town to get good quality whatever-you-need for your garden. I highly suggest you hire him and pick his brain while you're at it.

Terry, Mike and crew did an awesome job cutting down my trees and grinding the stumps 4 inches down.
They were professional and cleaned everything up.
I also recommended them to my neighbor and they had the same service done as I did.

Terry has mowed my 3 acres for the last 4 years. His team is reliable, trustworthy, and they are quick. I’ve hired him to trim shrubs, clean the fence line and do other than basic lawn care. He’s a fair man and works by contract. I’m confident to recommend him.

I've owned and operated Collin County Paintball for over 20 years know. We've had a lot of great times and a few not so much. I have learned a lot and hope we can have some fun in the future. Thanks to all that have visited in the past.

My wife Arlene and I are very pleased to have selected A Cut Above Lawncare LLC for all our lawn needs. Should we need leaf cleanup & haul off and they will appear on time.
Also, Mowing our lawn, they know how to make it look well manicured (which prior businesses didn’t do as good a job.)

I found A Cut Above in November of 2023 as I was looking for a new company to put up my Christmas lights. (After a year of challenges with another company, Terry and crew did a magnificent job of decorating the outside of my home.)

The lights were up and everything was great until the first rain came and there was a short that tripped my breaker. (This was a repeat of the problem the year before and why I went with ACA.)

Twice Terry and team came to my house to source the issue, including one December night in the rain!!!! The found the problem, moved the power source and for the balance of Christmas 2023, and now Christmas 2024, there have been no recurring issues. (Even when a couple lights went out on my house, Terry sent his light team back out to fix and replace a couple burned out lights.

Service was always helpful and quick and they made me feel like a priority every time I contacted them.

As a result of the success with the lights in 2023, I decided to move my lawn care to ACA last year and have been very happy ever since. They are consistent with their days, the crews are always respectful and special requests are handled quickly and efficiently.

I have had lots of companies for both lights and lawn care over the last 30 years but ACA is without a doubt the best I have experienced.

Terry and his team always do a great job on our yard. We trust him with his recommendations and he has never steered us wrong. He is a hands-on owner and is involved in his business and does a lot of the work himself. Highly recommend!!!

A Cut Above Lawn Care have been amazing since my move to TX. They take care of my lawn care, pest control and do a great job installing my Christmas lights!
