Artesian Plumbing is an outstanding company that has always provided professional service. The owner is very friendly and treats everyone with respect. Artesian is a Christian owned business and completely reflects that in all the work it does. The owner is always upfront and honest on pricing and tries to help find an alternare solution if he cant fix it. They are an awesome business and it would be nice if other business would be as good as Artesian!

They were great came the same day we called and it even turned out to be a problem my husband could fix! He was very kind and offered advice to my husband and offered to let him borrow a shovel! Would 10/10 recommend and use him for future issues!

I found them on Angie's list and checked with the BBB and they have wonderful ratings with both. They handled my problem in a timely manner and it was a very reasonable price. The guys were respectful and courteous. I will be using them for all future plumbing issues.

Awesome Service. Called them for a second opinion and got an easy fix where the other company said it was a huge problem. They got it done right away for a simple service charge. They are my plumber for all my rental properties from now on!!

We have been using them for years. Always professional and gives us all the info we need to make a decision. Recently our water heater thermostat kept shutting off. Scheduled an appointment and the guys came out on time and replaced the thermostat.

I am so happy and pleased with Artesian Plumbing. They give you a courtesy call before arrival and the plumber is very knowledgeable about what he is doing. I thought we had a water leak but in fact we just needed caps for a few of our lines under the sinks. He had everything completed in 15 minutes.

We currently have 3 remodel jobs, going the homes needed entirely new plumbing. We have been trying to find a reputable plumbing company to work for us. They wanted to try and charge me 120$ just to come submit a bid. I've never been charged to submit a bid and I've never charged anyone to bid on a job. I would never call this company again.

I have used this company in the past and was very pleased. This time I had my septic pumped by Candy Sanitation and the toilet still would not flush so I called Artesian. They came out promptly but the young man came in the house and tried to flush the toilet and it did not work so the older gentleman lifted up my door on the septic tank and said you just need it pumped again. He proceeded to so back to the truck and sent the young man with the bill for me to pay. $126.00 and that was with the senior discount. They were here all of 10 minutes. I understand there should have been a service charge for coming out but that was way beyond my ability to pay but I paid it and groaned about it but let the young man know it was not his fault and I was not upset at him.

Artesian Plumbing is the only one I will call from now on, and here's why.

One afternoon, I walked into my washroom and found it flooded. In the process of thinking the washer was the culprit, we discovered a drain under the flooring that was backing up when the washer ran. Surprise! I never even knew there was a drain. I had several plumbers (four) come out with my AHS and Home Serve insurances and none seemed to listen or took the time to actually find the problem, but they were all quick to say, "We don't cover it" for one reason or another. Three weeks later, I still did not have a solution, so we called Artesian Plumbing, a local and family owned business in Chandler, Texas. The plumber was quick to come out to the house and find the drainage problem that four others could not. He explained the problem clearly and proceeded to fix the issue quickly and efficiently. I found the plumbers to be knowledgeable, helpful, affordable, and friendly. I will not waste my time calling any other plumber. Artesian is the one to call if you want it done and done right. I can't believe I am actually looking forward to doing laundry again! Thank you, Artesian Plumbing!

Came out and completed both jobs. However charging me an extra $175 just to tell me I need to order a faucet then charging me another $175 to install is a bit much. Overall too expensive for me!

I had a pipe bust today and when I say I was worried about how much that was going to cost me it’s an understatement. I was so scared I was about to spend an arm and a leg to fix a little pipe. Much to my surprise I called and Artesian plumbing came out super fast and had the pipe fixed in less than an hour and it barely cost me anything especially compared to another quote I received. 10/10

I have had several plumbing issues in a newly built home (less than a year old) and each time I call the original plumbers out for service, they work a few minutes and then tell me the leak has been corrected, only to discover the same problem a short time later. I finally decided I was no longer going to call them back out, and instead called Artesian Plumbing due to the great reviews from neighbors in my community. They were very professional and super friendly, and explained exactly what the problem was. They repaired, in just a few minutes, what the original plumbers couldn’t seem to be able to do over the course of an entire year. When in need of plumbing services again, I will definitely call them back out, and would recommend them to anyone in need of service.

I asked if $3,100 was the standard price for replacing an electric water heater on a local Facebook Group for Tyler. The overwhelming response and numerous private messages indicated that the price was exorbitant. This quote was from a company I had previously done business with over the past three years. Concurrently, I had arranged for quotes from two other local companies. Interestingly, both contacted me after seeing my post, stating their quotes would align with the $3,100 figure, with one even proposing an $89 fee just for providing the quote. (For privacy, I won't disclose their names, but all were licensed.)

Ultimately, I chose Artesian for the replacement, costing $1,750. They weren't the cheapest, but their quote was consistent with others who reached out to me. I selected them for their professionalism and licensed status. The team was very professional, clearly explaining the process before swiftly completing the job.

For my home, I strictly opt for licensed contractors. It's crucial to note that using an unlicensed contractor can lead to insurance claims being denied by your homeowner's insurance if issues arise from their work.

Pics show old water heater, then removal and install of new one and they stayed for 10-15 minutes after to make sure no issues!
