Mario is now our contractor. His crew did some cabinet work for us initially and we were so pleased with their attention to detail and quality workmanship. This week, our siding replacement required some structural repair so we called Mario. He was here that same day to evaluate and had his crew here within 48 hrs. He is a good man, honest and doing God’s work with a personal charity for cancer patients. We are blessed to know him and grateful for the quality workmanship. Texas Top Notch Construction really is Top Notch.

Mario Sanchez and his crew did a fabulous job at our house. They refurbished several rooms including repair of the wall frames and sheetrock. We are quite pleased with the craftmanship and attention to details. They matched the paint perfectly and left the house nice and clean.
We very much appreciated the friendliness of all the workers that did the job and the respect with which they have treated us and our house. Rene is a fine craftsman and supervisor. Our thanks also go to the very experienced working crew who understood their trade including the lady that did the cleaning.

Texas Top Notch Construction did an excellent job. I had my kitchen remodeled a few years ago by a different company. I have been wanting to get my stairs and fireplace done for a while, but I didn’t want to use the company that did it before, because they were unprofessional and the job took way longer than they quoted me. My house was in shambles for months. I made sure that I did my homework this time and I came across Texas Top Notch. I wanted to add a fireplace to my living room and remove a half wall and carpet from my stairs and paint. Everyone was professional and completed the project on time. As they were completing this project we were already discussing the next project of my outside patio. They told me they offer financing for larger projects. I will definitely call Texas Top Notch when I’m ready to do my outside patio.

Top notch did a great job with my bathroom remodel. Finished ahead of schedule and did a great job of cleaning up. The price was good.I highly recommend them.

UPDATE
After reviewing my paperwork, I realized my kitchen remodel was completed about 18 months ago, not two years as I originally thought. Unfortunately, I’ve already experienced several issues that make me question the overall craftsmanship.
While I do love the design and selected the countertops and cabinet style, the cabinet quality is poor, the countertop seam split and appears to have lacked proper bracing, and the sink has fallen twice. The company repaired the sink once, but it failed again.
When I contacted the company, they offered to repair the seam only if I signed an agreement releasing all future claims and agreeing to update my review in advance. The agreement also referenced improper maintenance, which I do not believe applies to normal kitchen use. I was not comfortable signing without any guarantee on the repair, so I will be hiring another professional to fix it properly.

Overall, I’m disappointed in the workmanship and expected these materials and installation to last much longer than 18 months.

After 2 years I have realized the craftsmanship was not there with my kitchen I love the design yes but I picked out everything but the cabinets are poor quality my countertop was not braced right and split at the seam and my sink has fallen 2x once they came out and fixed it now it has fallen a 2ed time overall I’m not happy with the craftsmanship of my kitchen remodel
