They're a family owned business that has been around for a long time. I highly recommend them for their electrical knowledge and experience, and most importantly the friendly and trustworthy team of employees they have including the owner's! The owner's are very helpful and as nice as can be!!

After calling multiple places in the area to no avail. I was able to contact Mike at Mc's Electrical and I recieved more than I imagined. The customer service is outstanding and the work was phenomenal! Don't waste your time calling anyone else!

Would not had given even 1 star but had to so I could write the review. I called at 8am spoke to receptionist who immediately transferred me yo a tech so I wouldn't have to explain myself twice... I explained my elderly mother lives in a trailer and has had problems with electricity for a few days and she's been without light in the rest of her trailer except for her room for the past couple nights. He told me he would dispatch someone later today we waited no one came. It's 6pm so I called and call center informed me that she didn't understand why no one informed me they only work on commercial not residential. I waisted a whole day waiting. To me this is very bad customer service.

They get two stars from me because their customer service was alright. What I didn’t like about them is that I paid $80 to get a 50/50 answer. I was desperate to fix my electrical problem so I took the chance. I was willing to pay them hundreds of dollars!!! Thank goodness they were no a show. I went with another company who did not charge for an estimate and they did the work for less.
