Scheduled them to come out and give me a estimate on a drain repair never showed up or called very disappointed in service.

Do excellent work. Have used them for over 5 years for home & rental properties.

Great service. The tech explained each step he was going to do and resolved the issue.

I really enjoyed Wayne his personality was great. He has great people skills, he is very knowledgeable.

They came out to check an issue with tub, they worked with me to get everything done correctly and in a timely manner. Will definitely recommend to others.

I was very pleased with the professionalism of Angela and Wayne , the tech. He tried to get me where I needed to be , free on the line. Unfortunately the line is broke. Not good for me.....I would recommend Mr Plumber to anyone.

I really appreciate having a professional plumber come out the same day that I call. Cecil and Aaron were great. Cecil's knowledge and experience is remarkable.

As always Mr Plumber is quick, clean, and professional. Last minute job handled without complaint. Rick and Wayne are a pleasure to work with.

Had them come out to fix water heater, told me they can't get the part they charged me $138.00. Said I could order a part and call them when I get the part. They would come back out for another $138.00 to put it in. They never called me before my appointment like i was told and they were 30 minutes later from the 2 hour window that I was given. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Never use these folks. It's sad how companies are quick to forget about customer service. Show up day late with no parts. Good job. Never again.

They over charged us and here is how.. did work we did not request then told us it was a verbal agreement (no paper work is convenient). they quoted 125$ that came back to us with the bill at 125$per hour. very miss leading. find a local plumber and avoid "verbal contracts" get it in writing!!

The crew at Mr. Plumber is great. I had a sewer line back up in my house that flood the first floor that forced a Bathroom remodel. Mr. Plumber installed a new shower pan and tub drain, they also moved my water lines for my vanity helping me to transform my outdated bathroom into a luxurious master bath. In addition Mr. Plumber repaired the pipes under the house that caused the water back-up. The entire staff at Mr. Plumber made me fill as if my project was top priority.

I call Mr. Plumber because I swell a gas odor coming from my bathroom. They sent a guy out to put in a heavy waxed ring, he put a regular wax ring on top of the one I already had on my toilet. The odor continues to come up in the restroom, so I call Mr. plumber. Today, while I’m at work they sent someone to my house, so I call them and told them no one called me to tell me someone would be coming to my house. The guy would not let me get a word in edge wise. He told me if I had answer my phone I would have known. I work for a living and I don’t set by my phone at work. I paid $137.75 for one wax ring for 15 minute. I would love to have half on my money return to me. I don’t understand why I didn’t receive a call the day before he sent someone out to do a smoke test. I don't know how to respond to the what Mr. Plumber , he lied they man put one ring ,i was in the restroom when he told me he was going to put a ring on the one i already had on the toilet. My problem was i needed a new toilet. I paid them for nothing and why didn't they know?

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I only put one star because it won't let me post a review w/out picking one. I'd give negative stars if that was an option!!!!

First of all, they informed me that the technician would have a disposal on him to replace mine, so when he came and said he was told I would have it, I was a bit disappointed. I had to leave my house and purchase one while he removed the old one.

And here's where it gets worse! I paid them back in March 2016 and when I saw that another payment was pulled from my checking account in April 2016 and caused $175.00 in fees, I contacted them immediately. I did this to prevent any further fees. Literally a day later...trying to do my part to prevent further damage on both ends.

Leroy at the main location was nice, but limited on what he could do. I sent him PROOF of what the second, UNAUTHORIZED, transaction did to my account for his review. He had to send it to Ron Strickland, his supervisor, for approval. While they immediately gave me a check for the UNAUTHORIZED amount, I was told by Leroy that the supervisor was not authorized to give the approval on the fees. Instead of the supervisor reaching out to me, he had Leroy be the middle man and you can imagine how many callbacks I had to endure each time I had a question. I finally asked for the Ron's phone number and reached out myself...great customer service, huh? Ron was probably the most unpleasant, unprofessional supervisor I have ever dealt with. His response: I'll let the owner know about this when he calls in. WHAT? Why would you not want the supervisor to know asap what kind of situation the company put the CUSTOMER in?? I was told it would be yesterday afternoon or this morning (today). I gave them until noon today, 4/15/16, and NO CALL. I call them and of course, Leroy has to call his supervisor.

Now the very BEST part: I just got a call from Leroy that they will NOT be refunding my fees that THEY caused. They refunded the UNAUTHORIZED amount and that it was sufficient!

Needless to say, I will NEVER use this company again. And this is not the last they will hear from me. Oh, and when I told my plumber friend what they charged me, he said they were way overpriced!

Shop around people....would hate for this to happen to anyone else.

I'm Mrs Matthews I called Mr plumber to do a gas pressure test on my gas line. Mr Rick and plumbing crew they were really professional and I know their ratings can only be a 1 to 5 but they are so good at being so respectful toward me I give them a 10 because 5 is not enough. thank you for all the work you have done for me and I would refer you all my family and friends thank you once again Mrs Matthews and may God bless each and every one of you all that had a hand in this service thank you

This is my first time calling a professional plumber. I was quoted a price that included 4 hours worth of labor. The plumber finished a little more than an hour. I was charged the full quote price.

I understand that there may be some overhead for the company. However, I was left feeling slighted based on the quote and the actual time the job took.

I don't know if it's standard practice or not.

Maybe it would be better to get a quote for the project and not an hourly rate.

Side note: There was an issue with debris going into the house and clogging a line to the toilet. They came right back and fixed that without an issue.

The job was to replace a ball valve. Cost was $497.50

The work it not good. Keep on having issues with hot water heater. The heater vent from the roof is still leaking. I was charged a service fee for their error and hasn't been corrected. The plumber screamed and cursed another plumber on the phone. That is very unprofessional. When the hot water heater was installed the helper did all the work and the plumber sat in the truck. The plumber didn't check his work.

It all started with the shower not draining and then the toilets not flushing. Come to find out the pipe under the house had a crack and was allowing dirt to fill into the pipe. This happened just one day after bringing my mother home from the hospital. Perfect timing right? Before they left on the first call they made it possible to use the toilets without any issues. Showers had to be 5 minutes or less, but that was ok. When it came to the price they worked with us and were able to keep it within our budget. I cant thank them enough for that. Once everything was all done and we were able to take a nice long hot shower it became clear that Plumbers are the real heroes. Thank you again!!!

No call. No show. Then had the audacity to lie the next day about not servicing my area. A simple phone call of a delay would have been nice. It was a 30 min fix. I would have gladly paid over $500 for. I would not recommend this company if you need your plumbing repaired by someone who respects you or your time.

Mr. Plumber and their team helped me get a gas permit for a property that needed an inspection in order for the city to approve it. They were very efficient and on time. The price was comparable to other companies, but their professionalism and willing to accommodate a date that worked for both of us really made the difference. I have recommended them to others and they have always get excellent service.
