Don't use this guy. First he's 3 days late to give me an estimate. Then I tell him not to knock on my door since I sleep days but he shows up anyway and rings my doorbell. Very unprofessional. Then my wife tells me he texts her saying he doesn't want to trim my trees? What a clown.

They trimmed some trees for me today. Shane and his son were awesome! Nice to have someone who takes pride in there work, im very happy and cannot say enough nice things about them

Have used Shane and Patriot numerous times over the past few years. I typically trim my trees every 2 to 3 years and they are my first call, they’ve also been used a few times with a storm when I’ve had downed trees and limbs. Shane‘s always quick to reply his crew is very courteous and they knock out the job in a very quick amount of time. He’s usually able to start within a week or two of the estimate, which is always been fair.

Carlos is amazing. Very fast at texting back. I texted him on a Thursday and the 3 stumps were gone Sunday morning!
We are so upset with ourselves we looked at those stumps for so long without calling Carlos!

I hired Jimenez company to cut some large tree branches that were extremely growing over to my property, the large tree belong to my neighbor, his home is behind my property, Carlos explained to me that his company was very thorough and would always clean up after every job, but unfortunately after finishing this job, they did a poor job on cleaning up my yard . Leaving behind several large log size tree branches and even broke some of our deck lights, but the worst part was my other neighbors yard who lives on the right side of my home, the tree company left so many log size branches and debris that I didn't notice until they left, my neighbor was very upset, I called and texted Jimenez company they acknowledge by saying OMG so sorry, that they would return, but after trying to get a reply I have since heard nothing from the company, even a week later i have still been left on read, I had to hire someone else to clean up the mess that Jimenez company left. I'm upset because their prices are a little high but I thought they would do a good. I'm definitely letting all my family and friends know to stay away from Jimenez tree & lawn company.
