No call no show. I fixed the problem myself. I used 1st Source Servall for parts which ironically enough was one of the links from Dimitri's web site. Two stars for part store suggestion.

Did a good job for me in replacing gas valve on clothes dryer.
I called again in 2017 for repair of condenser fan on refrigerator. No response and ended up doing it myself. Called again this year and texted image of name and model number of dishwasher which appears to need new heating element. No response again. I'm finished.

I called this gentleman and he never got back with me. Called him again and his response was I’ll text you later. It’s been four days. Service level for this gentleman is a zero. Save your time and call someone else.

No call no show. Would not recommend. He gave me the window of 10-12. No sign of him at 11:40 so I called to confirm he was still coming - no answer. Finally after two hours, he TEXTED and said “Sorry. 101 temp hope its not the flu”

Ridiculous and unprofessional. I understand being sick, but have the decency to call your scheduled appointments in the morning and not make them wait at home for the entire window of time. I do not recommend this service at all.

Dimitri fixed my washer today. I would highly recommend his services as he was personable, reasonable, on time, and knowledgeable. However, he did not do my wash!!! LOL!!!

Dimitri did a great job on a repair and gave me great advice on two other appliance qustions. I’ve used him several times. Will continue to because he is smart and reliable.

Demitri came within 5 hours from my initial call. He was knowledgeable, fair, and reasonable. I will definitely call him again if I have another appliance in need of repair.

I dealt with Dimitri over the phone because my 5 year old LG washing machine was out of balance, making a loud noise and was clearly suffering from a bad bearing. He quoted me close to $500 to do the repair, 200+ in parts and 250+ in labor. He also told me that in the last few weeks he had "fixed" multiple LG machines from around the same year on which the shaft had also gone bad, and if this is the case it would cost even more.

This was expensive enough that I started considering doing the work myself, it also didn't add up for me that a bearing set would cost 200+ dollars.

My father in law and myself broke the machine down using a youtube video as a guide. The front tub bearing was indeed completely busted and fell apart when we removed the tub. Cleaning out the shaft and removing the outer bearing housing from the tub where it had seized up was the hardest part. I found the parts the next morning for a total of $70 dollars. Ultimately I spent about 10 hours working on the machine which included drive time to downtown Houston for the parts, I expect a tech who knows what they're doing and already should have the parts to do this in a third of the time.

So beware, Dimitri overcharges on parts by a factor of 3, his labor cost is outrageous, and more than likely you are better off doing the fix yourselves or buying a new appliance rather than resorting to his services. I confronted him after I had finished the work and he got all sensitive about being called a liar and a price gouger.

Dmitri is absolutely the best and the most honest appliance repair person you'll ever have the pleasure of doing business with. He's very affordable compared to the other appliance repairman

So very helpful, Dimitri told me over the phone what was wrong. I was so relieved. Others had tried to say they needed to come out and tried to charge me a service call. I love this honesty and kindness. Highly recommend Dimitri be your first call when you need appliance repair.

I called Dimitri to come and check on our clothes dryer, that was making a terrible noise. Dimitri was able to diagnose the problem immediately. He took down the information from the dryer, and returned in two days with the parts needed and repaired it very quickly. I felt he was honest, dependable, and his rates were excellent. I will definitely be using him in the future for any appliance repairs that may be needed.

I have called Dimitri several times and have always been very happy with the work. He is very nice with affordable prices. The first time was for a dryer; he could have told me anything...but instead it was just easy cheap. The most recent was a refrigerator that quit cooling.
Dimitri fixed it quickly and for much less than I expected! It is refreshing to have a professional personal touch from an individual small businessman who guarantees his work!
UPDATE: Just called him again. He fixed my oven right away at reasonable price!

I have not yet had the opportunity to meet Dimitri, but he has helped me twice now, and has been more than forth, giving of his knowledge. I am grateful to you and would recommend him for your Appliance Repair’s. I will definitely call you once I actually have a repair that is needed.
