Unprofessional unreliable and completely untrustworthy company and people! If there was an option for 0 stars I’d definitely rate it at that. They Change there prices continuously they make false promises don’t show up during appointments & always have excuses. She’ll even tell you to find someone else because they can’t make there appointment times as they promised soooo unprofessional !! So There’s plenty of other Cleaning companies around town that i highly recommended anyone to call instead of Jenny’s cleaning services. They need to figure out how to run a business before they start cleaning anyone’s house. Again save your time and money and stay away from these unprofessional people. Also be aware most of these reviews look like friends and family !!

Jennifer and her husband Mike came by to give me a quote for my rental property today. They were very thorough and very reasonable and completely understand all of the needs that I will have because I will not be able to be here to oversee the work because I live out of state. I will be using them for any future cleanups after the rental property becomes vacant. I would highly recommend the two of them to oversee that your property is professionally cleaned.

Jenny and her crew did a wonderful job in the disaster area that was my brother's apartment. He had been sick for 4-5 months and let everything go. They cleaned all of the appliances, the refrigerator was aweful and so was the bathroom. I was appalled at the situation when I saw it. I called Jenny, who cleans our church, and she met me at the apartment and told me not to worry they would take care of everything. They did exactly that.

I have tried a couple of cleaning services over the years and refused to bring any of them back for a regular cleaning. Jenny goes above and beyond and does an amazing job. I couldn't be happier. Most importantly, my husband is impressed and that takes a lot! She will be cleaning my home on a regular basis. You won't be disappointed in her service.
