Our Thermostat went out and Joesph Alldridge made an Emergency call to change it out with a new one. He stayed to make sure it was working and had to go up stairs and change the wiring to be compatible with the new thermostat. He stayed again to make sure it was working correctly before he left. As always Lonestar AC did a Great job!! Thanks Joesph!!

Customer service A+. Easy scheduling process. Tech was very detailed in explaining everything ahead of repairs. Overall highly satisfied and will be calling for future maintenance/ repairs.
