The technician, Parker, was very friendly and respectful. He listened to the thermostat issue I was having and then calls were made to the manufacturer of the thermostat. Seems to manufacturer knew of a defect and recommended sending the thermostat back. It was replaced with a different brand and we’ll see how it goes. I’m confident though this will fix the problem. The new system is still under warranty, so there was no charge.

Derek came out and got us fixed up same day. He also fixed other issues we didn’t even know we had! Highly recommend Colley for anything AC or heat related!

We got back from vacation to our house being 59 inside and the heater throwing a code. Called Colley and a very nice technician named Derek came out and got us working again.
