Nathan arrived on time, went straight to work asking my opinion on pendant heights. He worked conscientiously and in the end all three pendant lights in different areas look striking. The job went over the projected time. However the owner Paul honored the original quote. Impressive. If you want electrical work done by an individual who works for a reputable company, HR Phoenix will get the job done in a competent and efficient manner. I will be using HR Phoenix for all of my future projects.

The cost of the work was affordable. I will definitely use this business again for any future electrical work in my home.

We requested ethernet for our POE cameras and extra conduits tubing and reorganizing electrical cabling. We also requested extra outlets for our kitchen and hallways. Jeremy was absolutely amazing. Great personality and I love his attention to detail. He also takes directions well and goes above and beyond to make sure it's exactly how you wants it. The extra bonus on top of all this. Is they are reasonably priced. I was quoted 3x the price for the work at JME Electric Group. Definitely give HR Phoenix a try. You won't regret it.

Chris was prompt, friendly, and thorough. He asked the right questions, and answered all of mine. He didn't speak down to me at all - very respectful. Regarding the job itself, he diagnosed my issue very quickly, called the electric utility out, and explained to them what needs to happen. He's going to get me a quote to upgrade my panel and wiring. I couldn't be happier!

They did an amazing job! They replaced and upgraded our amps for our oven outlet and replaced our outside electric lamp post. Very professional and easy to work with. Would highly recommend!!

I recently hired HR Phoenix Electrical Services to install two new electrical outlets in my house. Overall, I’m satisfied with the service provided. The technician maintained good communication throughout the process and completed the job to a high standard.

However, there were a couple of issues that could have been avoided with better assessment. For instance, during the installation process, the drywall was cut before realizing there was a joist behind, necessitating additional cuts and adjustments. Additionally, although I understand that the condition of the drywall may not have been the technician’s fault, there was an initial horizontal cut that had to be redone vertically because the drywall couldn’t support the outlet frame.

While I appreciate the quality of the work done, I believe a more thorough assessment beforehand could have prevented these issues. Overall, I’m happy with the outcome, but there’s room for improvement in ensuring that such challenges are anticipated and addressed more effectively in the future.

Simple service and transparent. I didn't feel like they would overcharge me and they don't have a service charge fee. They were able to give me at least a rough estimate to help decide if their service would be a good fit for me or not.

Such a great staff, efficient with repairs, knowledgeable and reasonable with pricing. Speedy replies and updates via text message. Appreciated this service.
