The team detached the gutters before tearing off the old roof, fixed broken rafters and reinforced the attic framing, replaced any damaged decking where the framing was addressed for a solid base, handled some minor trim cosmetic repairs and replacements, then reattached the gutters seamlessly once everything was complete. They handled framing the soffits and exterior walls perfectly, added thorough waterproofing to prevent any future issues, installed beautiful James Hardie fiber cement siding, took the time to caulk and seal every gap and seam prior to painting for maximum protection, and topped it with two solid coats of exterior paint that make the whole place pop.
