William and his crew were awesome! The customer service he gave me, starting with booking the appointment, to making it out to our house even when it was a super rainy day was amazing. We were having guests over that night, and William and his crew still made it out in the rain to get the yard looking manicured. Definitely recommend them!!

Red flags all over the place!!!! They say "free design and estimate" but won't do anything unless you buy a design package from them. The guy came to my house and when I questioned why I needed to buy a design package before I could get an estimate, he became upset. Then he said he was gonna take a couple measurements and the next thing I saw was him driving away without saying a word. If this is there guy they elect to be the face of their company, I can only imagine the quality of workmanship that goes into each job.

Buzzcutters saved the day! William came to my house on Labor Day, gave me a quote and the job was completed 2 days later. I had called a couple of other companies, and they either didn’t show up or didn’t want the job. They are very professional and hard working. I will definitely call William back for future jobs.

We hired Buzzcutters for leaf cleanup and removal for our heavily treed lot. They did an awesome job! William was a pleasure to work with. Very responsive, trustworthy, and reasonably priced. Him and his crew came out the day after contacting him and were very thorough. I was impressed how quickly and efficiently they completed the job. I will definitely hire Buzzcutters again for future lawn or landscaping needs and would highly recommend to anyone in need.

A young man came out to give an estimate on some work to be done, and he said he would “write everything up and get back to [me] in a couple of days.” That was about a week ago, and I haven’t heard anything since. He didn’t take down any notes as I showed him everything I was looking to have done, which, combined with the lack of follow-up, says to me that he wasn’t serious about securing my business. Very unprofessional. If he’s an owner—because again, he was pretty young—he needs to learn sooner rather than later that satisfactory work is only half of the equation. One huge component in business is the customer service. Won’t be using or recommending them for this reason.

William is A1, he doesn’t leave a job unsatisfactory. Very easy to work with, great group of guys working for him too. Very professional, and trustworthy. He’s a man of his word and goes above and beyond to make sure each job is done correctly. Would definitely use them again!

Buzzcutters completed an extensive overhaul of a dilapidated courtyard we needed assistance for in renovating a huge retail center into a beautiful commercial kitchen space. The landscape design delivered was nothing short of AMAZING! I am in awe of the finished product. It was better than I expected. William and his team were kind extremely professional. We were very pleased with Will and his crew. We installed zoysia sod in the front with a sprinkler system and turf in the backyard. Will was very communicative and very responsive when we had questions on the process/progress. We are so excited to now have a place to play and enjoy being outside without a yard full of weeds!
