Taylor Made (TM) over delivered in their engagement with us. That over delivery began with their immediate response to our need for an assessment of our landscape and promptly provide a recommendation and quote. TM came out the same day and returned a quote in less than 24 hours. Amazingly, the quote was less than several other well-known companies. Within a few days we had a lush new yard with extensive ground cover, and repositioned trees in just a few days. The transformation of our yard was amazing. The best part is that a couple weeks later, the TM team came back to inspect the yard and replaced some of the previously-laid turf (at no additional cost) because THEY were did not like the way it looked. Our yard is so beautiful now, that we’ve asked them to redo our back patio, which work will commence in a few days. In summation, hire TM… it’s been one of the better house decisions we’ve made.

The crew arrived on time, very polite and did a wonderful job with cleanup and haul away. Jerry was very familiar with the work to be done and the best way to do the job correctly. He addressed all the questions I had and his communication was exceptional. Jerry takes ownership and pride of the project and worked to ensure I was happy with the outcome. Jerry Eitel and his talented team worked within our budget to design a putting green that perfectly complements our backyard space. It's everything I ever wanted and more. What impressed me most was their professionalism throughout the entire process - the work crew arrived punctually every day and showed tremendous respect for both our property and our neighbors during construction.
The project management was top-notch. The project manager checked on progress twice daily and always took time to address any questions or concerns I had. You could tell the entire crew took genuine pride in their work and was committed to building something truly special.

We desperately needed a complete overhaul of our trees, shrubs, and flower beds. Taylor Made Outdoors sent a 5 man team to my house just a few days later. They did an amazing job, cleaned up, and hauled away everything! I was very pleased and will definitely use their services again.
