Mathew, the son of this father and son company came right out. I was impressed that as he looked for the issue to our blinking lights he tightened everything in every box we investigated. He found the issue, fixed it efficiently then explained what we needed to do soon for a more permanent fix. He was kind, polite, knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing to me! And the icing on the cake….. reasonably priced! I learned a lot. So thankful he made my kids house safe. We had a loose damaged undersized wire.
