I was having trouble with the electrical in my house. He checked everything and said the problem was on the electrical supply company's side. Called our provider and they found an issue on their side made repairs and left. Continued to have problems he stated it was still on the electrical providers side. I asked him to upgrade my panel in my house.
Even though he insisted the problem was on the providers side. he changed out the whole electrical panel in the house in less than half a day. That night we lost power again. Called the provider and they found another issue with the meter loop (burned up connection)
Repaired that and have no more issues.
He was right the whole time gave good advice and did what I asked. Very professional.
