EZFlow Plumbing Solutions impressed me with their prompt and effective service, especially when it came to fixing my hot water heater. Called on a Saturday and was willing to come out same day. Had us up and running and went beyond I original scope. Very professional!!

After recent winter storms, the water line to my water heater froze and bursted causing excess water to leak to the crawlspace. I contacted my home warranty, American Home Shield, that evening and Colton was able to come out the next day. Colton was very professional and sure to address all of my concerns and inspect the property right away. He was informative and patient while interacting with my family and I and we are confident that Colton will be a reliable source towards some projects in the future. He attended to a somewhat emergency situation, my buyers are buying a hsitoric home, we needed his assistance to turn on the gas and testing for leaks as well as locating the water shut off that was in the house for the house to be inspected. Colton came out to my place in Whitewright after normal hours, inspected my waterheater, recommended replacing it through my home warranty. Was quick to respond to the warranty company to git the ball rolling. A new waterheater came to EZFlow, brought to my place on a Sunday afternoon. After opening carton a defect was spotted, Colton went into action to solve the issue, went above and beyond what most service companies would do, installed a new waterheater 24hrs later.
