Troy's Heat & Air was referred to us by a few friends that had nothing but good to say. We called, they showed the next day. Ran diagnostics found the problem. They ran the unit to see if it was covered by warantee. Within 3 days they had the parts and installed them. They are our #1 to call for heat & air issues.

Troy arranged to come out the next day to look at our walk-in cooler as we were concerened about loosing product. We also had an air conditioner not working right. He diagnosed the issue and fix it on the spot. Also checked out ther AC units to make sure all was working well. Reasonably priced. Did a great job for us. Will call him the next time we need help.

My heater blower started short cycling on the first day of a multi-day cold snap. The technicians were there quickly even with the poor weather and diagnosed the issue quickly. When they realized the motor needed to be replaced but couldnt find one in stock, they installed a temporary motor to keep it functioning until the replacement arrived. The rate they charged was very reasonable and they will be my go-to HVAC company going forward.
