I called for a business light remodeling project and was immediately assisted by Kem at the Pearson Electrical Services’s office who explained the total cost for our project and estimated date for completion, a professional crew came the next day and finished the job exactly as promised, MICHEAL called to follow-up the next day to make sure everything was done as we requested and in order, they were amazing and highly recommended for anyone doing remodeling or new project.

This guy is amazing we had another electrician do some work for us and I called him and asked him to come out and check a gcfi Outlet that kept tripping. I had it put in by American, prior to switching to Pearson Electrical Services. He found the outlet had short-circuited, fried wires and all, he replaced it at 9:30 p.m. on a Friday. He also discovered that the wiring that was used was a 15 amp wiring it should have been a 20 amp. I just love how safe he made my family.

Michael saved the day! I ran into an issue over the weekend trying to install a new bathroom fan and didn't know what to do. I decided to call a professional and Michael was able to come Monday morning. It ended up being a bigger issue than I anticipated but he was able to come up with a solution and stay to fix it all. I'm now confident that all wiring for both my bathrooms are hooked up properly. Thanks again Pearson Electrical Services!

It appears as though Pearson is a call service that then sends out the bid to a few electricians. They keep the $199 service fee and then the electrician charges whatever they want on top of that. There is no rough guess on what it will cost prior to your appointment, or hourly fee, despite what the person that makes your appointment says. In my case the electrician was on site for 15 minutes, no parts replaced, just secured. Didn't get a call after diagnosis, then was asked to pay $325 for his time. This was not an emergency call. It would have been a minimum $200 less had I have gone with one of the other two electricians that were available the next morning, per their posted fees. Please save yourself the headache and go with someone else. For the electricians that work for these guys; Work with a better company, these guys are scandalous.

Very impressed with the quick response for a quote and then starting the job. The technician was very professional, very knowledgeable and did a very nice and clean job. The office staff is very pleasant to communicate with as well. I will definitely call Pearson Electrical Services for all future electrical needs.

We had a great experience with David. He and his assistant installed a large light fixture that was very time consuming, and did a wonderful job. David was professional, responsive, prompt, and stayed longer than anticipated to finish the job. He made sure the light fixture was correctly centered and made sure it was exactly the way we wanted it. Highly recommend Pearson Electrical Services!!

You guys were amazing. I called really late at night. I was able to talk with one of your representatives to set up my appointment for the next day to fix my electrical wiring. Next morning they were at my place on time to check what was going on with my house!!, then let me know the quote to which we all agreed and they did the good job without hassles. This company showed up on Saturday the day before this storm knocked out everyone’s power I was so happy and blessed to have them swing by and install a generator outlet and at an affordable and reasonable price! Highly recommend!

Welch Electric has done a fantastic job of maintaining and updating the 30 plus year old electrical system inside and outside our condos. They came in and replaced worn out circuit breakers in our old system and kept it working safely until replacing the circuit breaker box with an up-to-date model. They did great work, were very polite, easy to talk to, labeled all the breakers when they were done and cleaned up. Scheduling an appointment was very easy and they really tried to work with our schedule.

We had an issue with our breakers this week after the storm. Mark replied quickly and got them replaced for us. Thank you so much for your help!
