Ryan and his crew have worked on our property a few times. Our most recent project was a huge land clearing and removal service, removing 4-5 dump truck loads of brush and trees. Ryan was extremely professional, responsive to all my inquiries, kind, and had the best prices. His crew worked efficiently and tirelessly. We are thrilled with the results. I cannot say enough good things about the entire experience; if you’re looking for someone who can handle a big project at a great rate, search no longer.

Great experience with Southeast Texas Trees from start to finish! Ryan is super easy to deal with, extremely responsive and very very friendly. His quote beat all others by over $200, so was easy choice, especially given how comfortable I felt with Ryan. The crew that showed up to my house to do the work was exceptional. Extremely polite and respectful of my property. There was one slight misunderstanding on the services to be performed, and it was cleared up quickly and with no stress. The crew did an absolutely perfect job, and cleaned up everything before they left. Can’t recommend Southeast Texas Trees enough!

Ryan helped identify my pine tree had been infested by pine beetles and gave me a great price for taking it down. I have a small backyard in a townhome community and his crew was able to safely take down this huge tree without any damage to mine or my neighbors' property. He was also conscientious to have his crew bring out tarps to protect my turf and landscaping. I hope not, but If my other tree needs to be taken down from pine beetle damage, I'm 100% calling him again!

My husband works here and is happy and they do a great job.

It's a busy time of year, but they made it to take out a big red oak that was starting to lean. Very nice, professional crew. They worked hard to get it done.

Beware, this bunch tried to price gouge me.....in my opinion.

Your response to my review was no accurate. I got 2 other bids for my tree work and your bid was triple the other 2. You took advantage of the situation and tried to price gouge me...no doubt about it.

Mike and his whole crew did a great job.
They were so easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

Mike, the owner, failed to show up for the estimate. Then continued to put off the job for 2 weeks though he kept committing to it. Then on the day they were finally supposed to come, Mike said he didn’t want to do it. Very strange and frustrating.

Had 2 leaning trees and the stumps removed. One was a huge one leaning over the house. Quick service, did a great job, clean up was excellent and the price was really fair.

Wow talk about bad cutomer service. Called and asked if they do small jobs and the guy lead me on buy saying what needs to be done. Told him and he than proceeded to say not to waste his time and to call a different type of service. Telling a customer not to waste your time is very unprofessional and will recommend anyone that need tree service to stay away from this company.

Very professional. We asked them to do a small job while working at our neighbors. They were able to take care of our project as well as an additional one while there. Very fast and complete clean up of the area. Highly recommended.

Holy Smokes! We found this guy on HomeAdvisor. We needed a small stump removed in our front yard. He reached out to us and let us know that his rates start at $300 no matter what the job and goes up from there; and when my wife told him that she wanted to talk with me about it and get back to him, he tried to shame her by telling her that he already paid $27.50 for the lead, so why won't she just let him come over and bid the job. We discussed it and against our better judgement, we set an appointment to meet at 9:00 the next morning. He never showed. In fact, he called my wife about 5 minutes before the appointment to cancel by voicemail. Well...he didn't hang up! Then spent the next 4 minutes saying how much he loathes his life and his job. At first we couldn't stop laughing, I mean seriously? All that aside, I called to let him know what he did and if he is that unhappy, maybe there are other things he could do. He didn't want to hear it...so now I'm telling you! Let's help this guy out and not give him any business. He's unprofessional and obviously he's lost his passion. I would stay away from Top Cut Tree Service!

TOP CUT SAVED MY FAMILY(room)! Following the most recent "tropical storm" I had a nearly 50' magnolia come up from the soil, it was hoovering over our patio and family room. I called top cut at 10:30Pm expecting to get a recording or voicemail but Mike actually answered. withing 45 minutes his crew was out there with making quick work of the tree. I was in awe. They did such a good job cleaning up after themselves and even came back and filled the massive hole left by the roots! They are also insured fortunately however his team knows what to do and avoided any mishaps!
