I had Carls Quality Cooling and Heating install a new HVAC unit in my home approximately 2 years ago. I have been nothing but pleased every time I deal with them. It has been a delight to do business with them and I plan on continuing. It’s hard to find a company with this amount of customer service these days in my opinion. Today, Jhoely came out to do my fall check up. He was very courteous as all their employees are since I’ve been dealing with Carl’s A/C, so no surprise there. Jhoely however went above and beyond today and I am so very grateful! He pointed out an issue with my natural gas line that runs next to the A/C unit in the attic that could have quite possibly saved my home from fire but more importantly my families life. He absolutely could have just done his inspection on the A/C unit and moved on. I will be forever grateful to him and absolutely continue to use this outstanding company for all my future HVAC needs!

I had a mini-split heat pump installed by Carl’s Quality Cooling in an attic bonus room that was poorly cooled and heated. Justin was the first to come out to assess the project and make a recommendation. He was knowledgeable, thorough and able to answer all of my questions. Kagan and Carl were the installers and I am very happy with their work. They were friendly and efficient, everything was neatly done and they cleaned up well upon completion. I recommend these guys!

Isaac came out and did a thorough assessment and took the time to explain things. We enjoyed the interaction and discussed a plan moving forward. Very genuine and authenticate engagement. Look forward to working with Carl's Quality Cooling & Heating in the future.

Kevin showed up within an hour of calling in that our a/c was out. He fixed the problem quickly. Great service

I had a great experience with the employees from Carl’s AC COMPANY. Justin was very thorough in explanations and Jordan was equally knowledgeable and was so helpful. The level of service was great and I would definitely recommend them. They were prompt and so friendly.

We had them replaced our AC about a year and a half ago. Every employee that I have dealt with especially Wes has been amazing! Any issues we have or questions are very quick to respond and very reasonable on pricing. I feel like they truly care about you as a customer. I highly recommend Carl's quality cooling and heating!!!!

Very friendly customer service when I called in my problem. The service tech arrived within a few hours, called to let me know when he was headed towards my location. He was very courteous and knowledgeable.
He diagnosed the problem and corrected it quickly. I would definitely recommend them.

I received a call from the service technician. When he got to my house, he introduced himself as Wes and listened to my issue. I watched him as he observed the unit. He was very detailed, compassionate and explained it to me. He also had a nice young lady come behind and watch. She was also very nice. They also offered financing, which is what I needed to hear. I would refer them to anyone that ask.

Mr. Isaac Reynolds was exceptional, demonstrating strong technical skills and, to our surprise, an honest and friendly man. His troubleshooting was impeccable. The air conditioner required a new fan motor and capacitor. Despite the rain, he conducted the R&R. Get the maintenance plan and receive 30% off the repair bill. Loren, the receptionist, was a capable and knowledgeable individual who answered our call. Her technical expertise was evident throughout the interaction. It’s truly commendable that this company has such exceptional staff.

Jordan is absolutely fabulous! He was our technician and explained everything that needed to be done in a way that I completely understood. He was prompt and spent all of the necessary time to fix our issue thoroughly! He is the best technician!!!

Tranisha was on time, thorough, and very knowledgeable in explaining how a clog could impact my house. I appreciated the friendly service and passion for her job. Highly recommend asking for her by name!

Tranisha was assigned to come and complete an HVAC system check. Her communication skills are excellent! She sent a text to confirm she was on her way to our appointment. When she arrived she went right to work! She went through the entire system checking on everything. Carl’s HVAC is fortunate to have her working with them!
She is very knowledgeable and efficient while being friendly and courteous! I hope she gets assigned to us on our winter check up.

I had the pleasure of working with this fantastic team of individuals. From Tranisha and Issac out in the field, to Lauren and Taylor behind the scenes in the office. My situation was a bit complicated so it took longer than expected to fix. They rallied together to ensure that my needs were met by going above and beyond. The technician that came out was very knowledgeable. He was also very considerate and pleasant to work with. Will call this company again if I need a/c work done again.

Carl’s AC was great. I had an emergency last night where the upstairs air-conditioning wasn’t cooling and I had guests coming. I called them at 9:30 PM. They were here at 10:00 PM and I was up and running by 11pm. Jordan, the technician was very helpful and very informative.
