All of the staff, from the office to the service technicians, are extremely professional, courteous and efficient. Every technician that has been to my home, are very considerate, and clean the areas where they worked. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs air conditioning or heating services. I have already referred my friends to them.

Great HVAC technicians! Had HVAC system maintenance. Very professional, courteous, and communicative. Pinpointed abnormal noises coming from our system and identified parts need for replacement.

Wes the technician was very efficient and promptly on time. We had three units to the Inspect. He did a very thorough job cleaning the exterior units and provided an estimate on some work that needs to be done. Will definitely be using them in the future for all of my air condition and heating needs. Thanks and it was very nice to meet you!

Jhoely was very professional and communicated with me throughout the process. He came back out of the attic to turn on the other thermostats to make each was working properly. He was also helpful with information about the filter. I would highly recommend him!

I had water running out of my mini split, I called as soon as I noticed it (which happened to be Friday at 8:30pm. Within 5 minutes a technician called and advised to turn the unit off and offered to come out right away. I told him it would be ok to wait until Monday. I set up an appointment for Tuesday morning and was happy to see the two technicians arriving right at 8:00am. Isaac and Tranisha showed up fully ready to find the problem and worked diligently until they did. They were extremely polite and very knowledgeable. Isaac explained the exact problem and gave me the details of what it was going to take to get it fixed the issue the correct way. They were able to get the unit working again and reassured me that they would get their findings in right away to be able to have a quote from the company promptly. I have to say they eased my mind and I’ll be continuing to use this company for all future a/c and heating needs. I’m sure all of the technicians who work for this company are great, but these two are exceptional! Thank you Carl’s, Isaac and Tranisha!

We chose Carl's based on previous reviews and we could not have picked a better company. They were able to come out same day and Jordan the technician was very polite and explained everything so we understood exactly what the problem was and what needed to be done to fix it. They will be our new HVAC Company from now on. We highly recommend

Had our annual furnace check-up with technician, Cade. Cade was punctual and professional, took the time to explain exactly what he was looking at, and provided recommendations on the proper setup of our Honeywell thermostat. Highly recommend their maintenance plan!

Issac’s approach to fixing my older AC system, that the first repairman from a large national firm said needed to be replaced, was perfect. Instead of trying to sell me a new system, he tested the electrical components and found that 2 needed replacing. He also corrected a fusing issue left over from a prior repair by another AC repair company.Throughout the process, he explained in detail the issues he was finding and my options moving forward.

The system now works fine and the repair was a small fraction of what a new system would have cost. It was great to work with a local family owned company that offers their clients honest customer service.

New review: I just want to get a shout out about an awesome tech from Carl's. Cade came to check my unit which had quit coming on due to a second faulty thermostat from Vivint. He is well-informed. He goes through the unit meticulously to determine if there's any problems. He explained everything to me I was highly impressed with his knowledge and expertise.

I had to call them out because my unit went out. Actually it was was the thermostat that had just been put in a few days ago that blew out a part in the heater. Vivint's smart thermostat was defective and acting up. The repairman spent all afternoon fixing the problem and getting the HVAC going again. He did a good job.

I had called Carl's because they had done some work for me in the Attic that the hurricane last year caused.

My roofer had recommended them to me and they did a bang-up job. They had to replace all the AC ducts and the insulation because it had rained in my attic and in my house.
So naturally when I had a problem I called them.

Kevin Jones did an awesome job helping to diagnose the issue and walk us through the solution. Very polite and professional. I will definitely be doing business with him and Carl’s in the future.

This company worked very hard to get our system up and running again. We didn’t know it, but we were sitting on a fire hazard that had been disregarded by other companies, thank goodness it is repaired. They showed me personally everything that was a problem and took photos of the things I couldn’t see on my own. I felt they were very upfront and honest. Everything was done in a respectful and reliable way. I’m certain everything is done correctly now. Thank you Jonathan, Isaac and everyone at Carl's Quality Cooling and Heating.
