If you are looking for a trustworthy HVAC company for your home or business, I can highly recommend Innovative Cooling and Energy Solutions! We have worked with Michael Henry for several years whenever we needed to have our AC units serviced at our previous house. When we decided to build our new home, we knew he was the one to call. My husband and I had a log home shell built and requested a bid from ICE to install the entire HVAC system. My husband is a mechanical engineer and provided specifications on the units he wanted. Michael reviewed the specifications and advised us that the unit that my husband specified was actually larger than what we needed and recommended a smaller, more efficient unit that would save us money on the purchase of the system and also on our monthly electricity bill. He also suggested installing three zones in the house that would allow us to manage the temperature in different areas. We’ve been in the house two years and the unit is working great! As for commercial work, the office building I work in recently had a water leak in our hallway that seemed to be coming from the HVAC mechanical room. I overheard the building manager and the maintenance supervisor discussing that they AC company they use had been out twice and couldn’t find the source of the leak. I suggested they call Innovative Cooling and Energy Solutions and a few days later I saw the building manager in the hall and she thanked me profusely for the referral. She said that Michael did more in the first 15 minutes that he was there than the previous company had done the past two years! She also said that he had made several cost saving suggestions that she really appreciated! It is very rare these days to find a company that knows their business, is reliable and saves you money!
