Greenscape Innovations was very responsive and easy to work with. They answer quickly, did what they said they were going to do, kept every appointment and showed up on time. They were adaptable onsite and delivered great work. I had them replace the Bermuda grass in my backyard with St. Augustine, adjust garden borders, and rework some sprinklers.

I would highly suggest that no one use this repair service. There was a HUGE lack of communication on their part and I paid them for half of the job which was never completed. I ended up hiring another repair service who was wonderful. STEER clear of this place!

Dishonest. Dishonest. Dishonest. I have never had a business be so incredibly incompetent and run by liars. This company sets up appointments, then no one shows up. No call, nothing. When you finally get in touch via text, always an excuse, usually somebody going to hospital. Was told that literally four times on four different occasions. That’s a lot of sick people. Tech misdiagnosed issue, but never showed for repair anyway. Have been promised a refund dozens of times. Nothing. Absolute liars. If you ever wonder why small businesses are being knocked off, it’s because of businesses like this.
