Absolutely one of the best experiences with a electrician I have ever had. Katie was a pleasure to deal with and Ben and the other gentleman ( sorry forgot his name but should be mentioned too) were awesome. Did a great job running a line to our spa and then came back to connect when spa arrived. HIGHLY RECOMMEND . You won't be sorry. Thank you all.

Bales is such a great company - from the first contact over the phone with Katie through the excellent work Ben did. Ben called an hour ahead, was right on time and did great clean work. We are doing some remodeling and he thought ahead and was very careful to make the future sheetrock work easier as he made the electrical changes. We will definitely use them again!

I had contacted a handful of electricians and went with Bales for a 240 V outlet. I am so glad I did. They were quick to respond, schedule, left the area clean and did the work at a very fair price. They are very knowledgeable and put my mind at ease since I am new to owning an electric vehicle. Thanks guys!

We just moved to our new house and needed ceiling pendants and fans replaced, additional receptacles/dimmer switches/outdoor timers installed, as well as some additional recessed lights. Larry visited to walk the job down and provided a detailed and very reasonable cost proposal. Ben and his apprentice Corbin were the electricians who performed the work… on time, professional, highly skilled with a clean install… nothing short of impressive! Very pleased with Bales Electric. Came out to set-up my generator connection to the house and did a great job. Great communication prior to the job and also took the time to explain the process once he had completed the job. Highly recommend them for all electrical work.

Highly recommend Bales electric! We had them come troubleshoot a bathroom exhaust issue and look into another issue. They were honest, fair and very knowledgeable, letting us know that something we thought was going to be a costly repair was actually not a problem at all. Clearly a master at their trade, would trust them with any electrical issues in the future. In a time when customer service can be really disappointing at best, Bales offered excellent customer service from scheduling to payment and we would highly recommend them!

Just had Bales do a second project for our home. Great service, great guys who came out to install the electric line out to our garden fountain! Cole and Jack showed up on time, did a great installation, and cleaned up everything, including even rolling up the long extension cord! Will use them again if I need to!

I’ve been calling Bales for years, and I don’t call anyone else. The owner, Lorne is a no nonsense, get the job done guy. Never pushes unnecessary complications or extras. Lorne and several of his guys have worked on projects at my house over the years. All of the guys have been great. This week Cole did a great job installing a generator interlock at my house. He went the extra mile to leave me with the best and most circuits for backup power. I ended up with a better generator setup than I expected.

My Office wasn’t working so we had to run all new wire to the office. Lauren came out and temporarily gave us power until he could send a crew out to fix the issue. Mike showed up to hardwire everything in so we would have power to our office and he did an amazing job. He listened to our concerns. His work wasn’t sloppy. He did an amazing job. We appreciate it very much. We’ve been using bales electric for over 20 years.

Being new to the area, it takes time find your people. After today's experience with Bale's Electric, we can check electrician off our list! From start to finish this was a 5 star experience. Katie was personable and professional when answering our call. She booked us within 2 days and was able to give us a confident price estimate upfront for the work we needed done; we had 4 exterior lights to be switched out and a doorbell that lacked power. Cole arrived on time and swiftly completed the job in just 1.5 hours. He explained the work in detail that was done and cleaned up after he was finished. What more can you ask for? Highly recommend Bale's Electric for anyone seeking reliable and well priced electrical services. Love supporting family owned and operated businesses.

Can’t say enough good things about Bales Electric! They set up an appointment time when I called them and Ben helped fix my dryer receptacle and a few other items quickly! Very knowledgeable, put my mind at ease, and affordable. Would highly recommend to anybody needing electrical work done!

Bales Electric upgraded my panel from 100A to 200A, installed a dedicated outlet, and set up my Tesla Wall Connector. All of the work was completed on time (and even finished early). The pricing was fair, and the team was easy to work with throughout the process. I’m happy with the results and plan on using Bales Electric again.
