These guys are great. They came over yesterday and replaced two worn-out valves and did excellent work and charged a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

Very unprofessional driving very unsafe driving with this company one of their trucks just almost rear-ended me for no reason other than that they were in a hurry. This particular driver was weaving in and out of traffic on the feeder trying to get onto 45 right at River plantation I would not use this company they are unsafe they have proven to be unsafe just in their driving alone

A completely candid and honest plumbing company. Highly recommend them for how upfront they are with what needs repairing and what doesn’t. Will definitely use them in the near future again.

I would like to comment on the professionalism of this company throughout the whole process. I called the office and spoke with Midi and right off the bat they were very helpful and knowledgeable about my problem, they were also able to work me in on a timely fashion. Once arrived Bryan looked at what I had and gave me answers and information on the options I had and did not try and up sale me on things I didn't need, much like the other 2 plumbing companys that came out did. Instead fixed my problem at a very reasonable rate quick and efficiently. They are also very clean and well mannered. I will never use another plumber in my home again and would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Bryan and his team installed our whole house generator and did so in a timely and very professional manner. Everyone from Midi ( the office manager) to Bryan's field assistants are professional and very knowledgeable. If you need a dependable and professional team for any plumbing work you should consider Bluewater !

I went with this company due to the high reviews here on Google, and I’m definitely disappointed.
My bib hose broke off outside so I had to turn the water off to the house around noon Friday. They said someone would come out between 5-8 pm. Did not show until 9 pm. Worked on this until 2am. Still not fixed and pinhole leaks in his solder. Came back at 7 am, and it is almost 4 pm the next day and it’s still leaking. My husband is now trying to put a band aid of flex tape on it so we can at least shower and flush toilets. We’ve called the answering service and no managers will get back to us. I have plumbers in the family and I know that this is not usual, it should have taken a few hours. They already charged me over $1000 and the job is no where close to done. I will update on how this awful situation turns out.

I have become a repeat customer. Bluewater Plumbing, LLC provides fantastic plumbing services. They were responsive, on-time, reasonably priced, professional, and they did things by the book. Having an engineering background, I am very impressed by all of the above. Bryan and his crew did an amazing job.

I can’t say enough good things about this company, the owner Brian or Carlos the plumber. They are professional, knowledgeable, ethical, fair, scrupulous and trustworthy. I’ve used them for a new water heater, a shower head issue, to fix a toilet, a toilet rebuild and to reconnect my appliances after I got new floors- a bit of everything and every time it’s gone exactly as it should. It’s such a relief to have a company that I can call on and know that any issue will be handled completely, promptly , professionally and in a timely manner. Blue water plumbing was SO helpful today. They fit us in quickly, came and assessed our problem and were very reasonably priced.

Big shout out to Bryan and Carlos at Bluewater Plumbing… My elderly father lost his balance and fell against the toilet cracking the the tank at 230am today. I called Bryan early in the morning. He had Carlos pick up the tank and come by and fix it. Like many, money is a little tight these days and the entire repair with labor was under $300. Honestly, these gentlemen were my angels and what started out as a very messy stressful day was made so much better because of them

I worked in healthcare before retirement and taught students to treat patients as if they were family. I found Alex treated me as family and sincerely appreciated his work ethic while servicing our plumbing needs today.

David was great! Quick and got the job done and my sink draining! Expected a 1100$ bill but only cost 400$. Amazing job!

Disappointed Repeat Customer — Beware of Upselling & Water Heater support

I’ve been a loyal customer of JD Precision Plumbing for about five years and had them install two new water heaters in 2021. Recently, one of the heaters stopped producing hot water. I had a technician come out to clean the tanks, but the issue continued even after the service.

When I asked for help I was told they couldn’t warranty the water heater because my last cleaning was over a year ago. The technician didn’t offer to troubleshoot the issue or suggest how to fix or order parts—just tried to sell me an “upgrade” to a tankless system for $11,000.

That was disappointing and felt like a hard upsell rather than real customer service. After years of repeat business, I won’t be going back.

Michael was so helpful and knowledgeable! I had another company trying to tell me I “needed” to buy a new toilet. I called JD Precision…Michael came out and got right to work! He found my issue and got it fixed within 30mins. He saved the day!

Andrew did a great job replacing water heater parts. Gave us preventative maintenance tips and took the time to explain everything. Andrew is very knowledgeable and professional.

Whun diagnosed the problem in about 1 minute and quickly got to work. He fixed my problem in no time at all. We discussed a few other things like a leaky commode and the necessity of cleaning my two tankless water heater on a regular basis. I totally agreed and he set up an appointment for the next day to have these taken care of. Whun's personality is great and I enjoyed speaking with him.

Steven was professional and listened to my concerns. He showed me what was wrong and what he did to fix the issue. He was competent and fast. I highly recommend him.

I just had my annual inspection with my 5 year membership plan. I had exceptional service. The technician went above and beyond to look at everything thoroughly and explain in great detail the condition of my plumbing. I highly recommend JD Precision Plumbing.

Great job! Worked with us in getting the price down some to help us out with our tight budget. He was patient with the install, it was a bit tight getting it installled under the sink. AND he was out to our house in a timely manner.
