House Cleaning reviews in Converse, Texas

I had a last minute cancellation from my original cleaning service to clean my apartment for move out. I was panicking trying to find someone who could help me out last minute. Alpha Elite Service came through! I couldn’t be there for the cleaning and arrived about 5 minutes before the cleaning was done and I was very impressed! The place smelled great and when I did a walk through, the entire place was absolutely clean and definitely worth the price. They included the windows and blinds, which is something the first cleaning service did not provide.

I highly recommend this company for your move out clean!

Team Veronica are so professional and pleasant. I had a move out clean completed and in my opinion they went above and beyond! Great job ladies and thanks for the well wishes!

Kim was amazing! Very sweet, personal, efficient and wasn’t loud, as I work from home. She left my house sparkling! Definitely will recommend her for next time we use Alpha Elite. Thank you so much!

Team Dalia were fabulous! They were efficient and very thorough - I want them every cleaning!! Thank you.

Jessica did a great job with the standard clean! She was very attentive, thorough, and professional. Everything looked great when she was finished. 👍 I’ll definitely be hiring her again!

They did a fabulous job!!! They got here in the time they said they would and cleaned the entire house in a few hours. They left the house sparkling! Not only did they do a great job with the cleaning, they were the nicest people. I recommend this cleaning company to anyone who needs anything from a light cleaning to a deep cleaning.

Alba and her team worked magic for several hours on our new rental prior to moving in. They asked questions and left the place looking brand new! I would highly recommend them as they were diligent, great with communication, flexible with asks and worth every dollar.

Teresa did a fantastic job cleaning my home. She was solicitous, thorough, and warm. We had bits of friendly conversation while she cleaned. I’ve already requested Teresa for my next cleaning.

Kim was outstanding. I did the move out cleaning service and the house is sparkling like new. I am sure it will help sell the house.

I called last minute and they came out same day. The pictures show how amazing they did and the customer service over the phone was fantastic as well!

Veronica and her team did a fantastic job on my move-in cleaning. They were thorough, professional, and had me follow along to check their progress. This place had grime from top to bottom; now I'm more than comfortable moving in. Thanks for such great service!

Cristela did such a wonderful job they were efficient and detailed!!! My house looks spectacular for the holidays. They really helped this stressed mama out !!!!! 10 outta 10 service !!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️

My daughter and son in law were at the house for me as I am still out of town. They both had expressed how great the house looked and smelled. They were both very happy with the service. Thank you so much!!!!!

Hands down the best cleaning company and crew I have used to date. I move often and when I do I like to use a cleaning crew. This ensures the place looks brand spanking new. In this case I purchased a new home and the builders cleaning crew didn't clean at all.

Vivian and her team came in and clean my home from top to bottom. I selected the Move In/Move Out tier of their cleaning service. It hits all the things you would want clean moving into a home. The cleaning products they used had a soft light scent. Nothing strong or overbearing.

Lastly I love that everything they do is listed on their website. It makes it easy for clients to decide what they want. I contacted this company on a Wednesday afternoon and had the cleaning schedule for a Saturday morning. The turnaround time was perfect. I plan to use them in the future. Life is short. Treat yourself.

The team was quick to schedule. They were very professional and took time to clean the smallest of details. I will be looking you you in my new home. Thank you for amazing service.

Hired Alpha Elite Service to clean our apartment before move out. Our cleaner Cristela did an AMAZING job. If you are going to hire anyone to clean, hire her!

I added a couple before and after photos! Thank you Alpha Elite and Cristela! We will be back, and recommend you to our family and friends as well! <3

Team Cristela did an absolutely amazing job on a move out clean. Went from looking neglected to ready to move in. Would highly recommend asking for this team, I can’t thank them enough!

Dalia and Alba are the BEST cleaners I’ve ever been able to hire. They showed up promptly, cheerfully, and had a can-do attitude. They finished deep cleaning my parents’ house in record time (and did a great job!). After not having been lived in for a few years - they restored it almost back to its original condition. Congrats Dalia and Alba - y’all are lifesavers!

Vivian was great! Great customer service and thorough! The house looked amazing! You definitely want Vivian to clean your house!

Kim did an amazing job on our move-in clean!! She left our house like new and got every corner. Alpha elite was super responsive through out the process, and showed up right on time. We did walk throughs before and after and price was great considering the amount of cleaning that she did. Will use again!!

Priscilla was excellent today giving my home a deep cleaning. She was diligent, persistent and skilled in her craft. My home is sparkling and smells so clean. It is a lot better organized and I will be able to sleep peacefully tonight with a neat and clean room.
