Our technician Albert gave us a lot of good information about replacing our A/C unit. Of the 3 vendors we spoke with Texas Air offered us the best deal. It was installed one week later by Carlos and his co-worker who worked very hard to get the work done. They were very professional and we were very happy with the results. Albert came out to check things over and they arranged to have the city inspect it too. Albert also told us about the CPS rebate. I highly recommend Albert, Carlos and Texas Air.

We have been trying to have someone to come out to check our outside unit. It finally stopped working Friday night. Afraid to call someone on a weekend due to cost, We had a family friend to look at it, BAD choice. So we made a emergency Saturday morning call, And to our surprise we received fast service at a reasonable price.

Called on a hot Saturday and Richard was out in a couple of hours. DIDN'T Charge extra for coming out to my business on a Saturday...YES YOU READ RIGHT! Fixed my AC promptly and at a great price. He was honest, helpful, friendly and didn't try to convince me to buy a new unit or spend a ton of money on stuff I didn't need. He just fixed what needed to be fixed and gave me some good tips on preventative maintenance. I have used Texas Air Repair at both my home and business and each and every time they have been awesome! Can't say enough great things about this locally owned & operated small business.

Texas Air Repair has an amazing service. I called them cause out regular ac company let us down more then once. They would say they are coming and never show up and didn't call us to let us know. And when I called they wouldn't answer or say they forgot.... so I saw online that Texas Air Repair had a five star rating. They really deserve it. Our tech Roy was amazing. Very professional, honest and willing to help us. They show up when they say they will and get the work done. Thank you so much Roy for everything u did for us! We truly appreciate it.

My AC quit working on a Saturday night in August. I called Texas Air Sunday morning and the owner, Henry, was at my house within a couple of hours. He immediately diagnosed it and had it fixed within 30 minutes. Excellent company and excellent customer service!

Compressor outside was not working and in the middle of July it was getting rather toasty inside. A service call was schedule same day. Christian was able to locate the problem and had it resolved in minimal time. He was also very friendly and showed me a picture of the bad capacitor prior to replacing it. I have been a long time customer. I highly recommend you giving them a call with your a/c concerns. Also reasonably priced. Thanks again!

I had an older AC unit that went out and by sheer coincidence I called Texas Air Repair at 5 pm on a Thursday. The receptionist was great and got all the answers to all of my questions. She had Albert out later that night, he was very professional and had exceptional customer service. He showed me exactly what was wrong with my AC and thoroughly explained all of my options. Once I decided I wanted a new unit he offered to have it replaced that night! The next morning Carlos, Bobby, and Robert came to install my new AC unit and they were equally as professional, friendly and also provided excellent customer service. AC trouble is always a stressful time but Texas Air Repair truly made it as stress free as possible.

Texas Air Repair did a great job replacing two HVAC units at my home. Searching reviews online for AC contractors is scary. Most AC repair reviews are at best average across the board, including the large companies. Texas Air Repair had very good reviews across the board on Google and Yelp and they were well deserved! Their employees were all very helpful and professional and were genuinely concerned about the quality of their work. I felt very comfortable with them throughout the entire process. Whatever small hiccups there were they were promptly addressed. They assisted with filing warranty paper work and did as much as they could to help with filing CPS energy rebate. Albert helped make the deal and organized delivery of the units and Carlos and Robert installed. Great crew!

Texas Air Repair for the Win!! Friends, my a/c went out in the middle of July, and I tried going through my Home Warranty. The company they sent out, EMS was DOA. They didn't repair the issue, and never set any expectations as to when my a/c would be repaired. After the better part of a week, I found Texas Air Repair , called at 6:00 am spoke with Trinity, who set up an appointment for me the same day! Stephen from Texas Air repair showed up at 3:30 pm , quickly assessed what the problem was, explained in clear terms what the issue was and what my options were, and after discussing with my wife we felt confident on the next course of action. Cut to 8:15 pm, the same day(!!) , Carlos, Bob, and a third gentleman arrived and installed a new A/C unit upstairs. They worked for 3 hours straight, tirelessly, and they were very polite. Once they were done, the A/C kicked on and I was sooo Happy! I really can't believe they fixed my a/c in under 24 hours, without hassle, being honest, and friendly! I can't recommend these folks enough!

There are so many good things to say about Texas Air Repair. Our original equipment finally gave out, but the team came and had a new system installed the following day. They worked very hard in these hot temperatures to get our new system up and running. Very polite and professional team, they walked us thru all the steps during the install. The duct cleaning at the end was a great service to help keep the air in the house clean. They did an amazing job and we thank them for the job well done.

I called Texas Air Repair based solely on their Yelp and Google reviews. I asked if they could do an inspection the next day without my even being there. Albert came out to do a buyer's inspection of the A/C and found that the unit was in bad shape and needed replacing. I was able to make a deal with the seller to pay for that. Thank you, Albert for your careful look at the A/C, your honesty and great customer service.
Robert and Carlos came out after close of escrow to replace the unit, inside and out. They are nice guys and good workers. It took a while, but when they were done I had a well-installed, up to date A/C that blows good cold air. And a cool new digital thermostat!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Texas Air Repair. My A/C Froze up on a Friday night. I was searching for assistance at 10:30 p.m. I was contacted back within 10 minutes and was able to get someone lined up for 8 a.m. the next day. Preston came out and checked everything out and sure enough my coil was toast. Since the coil was frozen, he couldn't do a thorough check of the whole system. Unfortunately, all of the install crews were booked for the day, so Preston and Henry (The owner) were going to come by that afternoon and replace the coil themselves. Preston arrived ahead of Henry and went ahead and started to do a full check on the system and sure enough my compressor was shot. Preston lined up everything for the next day (Sunday) to replace my unit and coil. Henry shows up in the morning with the install crew not far behind and they got everything replaced in just a few hours. The crew was very polite and efficient. Henry came back a few hours and checked the pressure levels himself, made sure he had the correct serial numbers for registration, and made sure I was satisfied with everything. My house is now cool and everything is working great. I even got a call from Preston the day after the install to make sure everything went well. This is the absolute best experience I've ever had with an A/C company. They have gained a lifetime customer.

Best ac repair company I have ever encountered. I guess I should said best ac repair person I have ever encountered. I have been using Texas Air Repair for about three years. I had a horrible experience with the company that installed the ac, only two years prior. Texas Air Repair sent out Marcus. That was truly my lucky day. He assessed the problem, which was very minor. The other company said my coils needed cleaning. Marcus took a photo, to show me the coils were very clean. He saved me $500-$600. He is very thorough with his work. The company is very lucky to have such a honest employee. The other techs they have might be almost as good as Marcus, but I'll never know. I make it a point to say, I only want Marcus. Thanks to the owner for hiring the best.

My house has a single HVAC unit and we were unable to effectively cool both bottom and top parts of the home this summer and had certain hot zones. I spoke with three different companies and decided to go with Henry and Texas Air Repair. The first two companies stated I needed a complete new install (which was probably reasonable), but weren't great with follow up or explaining the issues or potential options. Henry gave me multiple options after a thorough look at the unit and setup, explaining in depth what he thought could be improved and how to execute the plan.

We decided on rerouting our current system based on his recommendations and we have had great results. On top of his knowledge, he was really diligent and patient with working on our needs and goals. I spent about 3-4 weeks researching all different options/companies and staying in touch. Overall, great experience and I highly recommend his team for any job you may have, big or small. Once we decided on proceeding, things moved quick. His crew was also very professional and polite. Cleaned up after they were done (vacuumed etc). He also checked up on us frequently after to make sure things continued to go as planned.

Great, great experience from beginning to end! Will recommend him to family and friends in the area.

I actually ended up needing a full new system and they were able to schedule it to my preference. Also went over in detail all of his recommendations and never pressured us. They showed up and knocked it out before I got back from work!

My AC compressor blew a coil on 6/16 and I needed it fixed quick. I spent that entire evening and the next day just trying to find people who had availability. I only managed to find 3 companies who could get me quotes for next day work, and I’m glad one of them was from Henry and his team. Their price was the lowest of anybody I spoke with, but the big difference up front was their will to help me and my family. These guys came out in the middle of the night on 6/17, just hours after I spoke with Henry, to install a new compressor unit. For the high quality Bosch unit I got, same day installation, and all the follow-up, their price was excellent.

Henry, the owner, came back to my house three separate times after that day to make sure my system was working properly. He followed up with me every day. I always got a call when he was on his way. There were some minor adjustments to make and he got it all done for me, without charging me, or pushing me to buy something I didn’t need.

In home services, especially HVAC, it’s very difficult to find people you can trust-whether it’s the price, the quality of work, or the customer service/follow-up. This company has earned my trust and I will be a returning customer. Henry is an honest family man. He cares about his customers. Give him a call if you need anything HVAC related done in your home.

My A/C went out on Monday afternoon 4 pm I called the company that installed it 8 years ago. The soonest they could come would be Tuesday late afternoon. Got on Yelp and found Texas Air Repair. Call them and was told they could get out between 5&9 pm. Christian arrived around 8 pm. He identified the problem was with the inside blower was not coming on. He bypassed the control board with one of his tools and got us up and running for the night. Her returned on the next day with the replacement control board and got the system back working properly. The didn't over charge for the late night service call. Will use them again for my preventative services. Thank you

I woke up with my A/C not working and started calling different companies that may be able to come out and take a look. Immediately Texas Air Repair answered their phone and were able to get someone out to me the same day. Henry and his son Bentley were able to come out just a couple hours after scheduling an appointment. Henry is the owner of the company and was very friendly from the moment they showed up. With his knowledge and expertise of A/C systems he was able to get mine back up and running in no time at all! Henry was helpful and honest about my A/C situation, and I will definitely be giving Texas Air Repair a call any time I need something done.
