They have been out to my home twice, once to hydro-jet my line and the second time was today.

So, I'm a pretty handy person but I found myself needing a professional since the angle valve in my kitchen sink would not come loose, even after fighting it for a couple of hours.

5 Stars dispatched Ron to my home and he took care of the problem immediately.
In addition to the repair (replacing the existing nipple) Ron explained the root cause and passed along some homeowner best practices.

We went one day without water as my issues started on Sunday, but I am happy to report that today we have water and my family is extremely happy!

Had a great experience with 5 star plumbing. They truly lived up to their 5 star rating. Stopped by their new office in Converse, because I was having problems with my water softener at home leaking. They sent a technician out the next morning who quickly and efficiently fixed my water softener. Very professional company with excellent service and employees. Highly recommend 5 Star plumbing!

I had an emergency leak, Ricardo came out immediately (even opened a hole in his schedule for me) and was able to diagnose and repair the issue quickly and efficiently. He was up front about the (very reasonable) cost and communicated with me the whole time. At my home, I've had hard water forever. I was tired of having to replace and clean the faucets because of it. I decided to call Nation Plumbing so they could install a water softener and it was the best experience and decision I've made. They were very professional and the pricing was great as well.

Ron is the best. I called in the morning and he was able to come out that afternoon. I had bought a new water heater to replace my old one and he was able to use the existing expansion tank as well as electrical set up to fit the new one in. He got it all done within a couple hours or so and for a price much better than what other places had quoted me. He kept everything clean and protected my floors by using the cardboard from the box of the new water heater. He was a pleasure to talk to and was fine with me asking questions about the process and watching the install. I'll definitely be using this company in the future for any plumbing projects I have.

Hands down to Doug and his teammates! I Found a leak last nite while taking the trash out from the water main line into the house; Isabel, at the answering service was not only concerned but efficient in sending one of their plumbers ; Doug spent about 7 hours fixing a leak that was underneath the concrete walk path and saved us thousands of dollars digging instead of breaking the concrete!!

Jesse did an excellent job on our garbage disposal installation. The drain pipe was located in a weird spot but Jesse was able to make it work. S&S Plumbing provided a great price for the service, they are professional and would hire again for other jobs.

SAVED US TWICE!!! THANK YOU S&S!! Unfortunately for us, we had 2 different outdoor pipes burst within two months of each other. LUCKILY, we found S&S! They were very prompt and sympathetic to our urgency. From Stacy at the office to Jesse who came out to the house both times were professional, honest and quite helpful. I contacted them for an outside water leak on my mainline coming into the house. Within two hours they arrived determined what it was, dug it up and repaired it. I couldn’t be happier with their response. Their people were quite professional, and the work was done very quickly, in fact, I just recommended them to my next-door neighbor. S & S was very responsive, I actually sent an email the night before and they called me before I could reach out to them. Jesse arrived on time and remembered to call ahead which was great so I could put the dog out. he analyzed the problem and was able to replace the module in minimal time and returning everything to its place.
