My dishwasher was so loud, it sounded like gravel in a dryer. The tech opened it up and found a piece of broken glass had gotten into the wash pump. Cleared it out, ran a cycle to confirm, and it's been silent since. Didn't take long at all.

No call, no show, when I called to inquire about why they were late they hung up on me and then they wouldn’t pick up the phone after that

I called for a Dishwasher repair and someone came out the same day and earlier then expected. I needed a new part so it took another day, but the now everything is working great. What I really liked was the tech/service man explained everything to me. How things worked, what the issue could be and how he was going to test it. Once he found the problem, he explained parts and options. I felt really informed, which is usually rare for me in these situations. If I have any type of appliance trouble going forward, this is the company I'm calling.

We had a washer got out on Friday and separately a dryer go out on Saturday. Both repairs were handled on target the first time, same day and professional. Very courteous. Will use them again for sure. Thank you Tory and Richard!

Awful experience. They didn’t complete our service and their operator hung up repeatedly upon trying to schedule a part repair. Do not recommend in any circumstance.
