When the roof of my home sustained serious damage following a major hailstorm, I called JOPCO. Three representative came the very next day, made temporary emergency repairs, and began immediately to work with me to repair the roof, especially dealing directly with my insurance company on various claims issues, taking worries away from me. My experience with other contractors over the years had left me skeptical and dissatisfied, often feeling I had been taken advantage of. But not so with JOPCO. I have never worked with more professional and caring site managers and workers than with this group of dedicated people. They were always on time, on schedule and responsive to every concern I had. There is no question I would use JOPCO again for any roofing or construction job.

They did an amazing job on our house- all new roof, gutters, paint and chimney covers. It looks beautiful and was completed quickly despite some weather issues. Everything was great from communication, execution, cleanup, follow-up, etc. Loved working with Konner and his team! Highly recommend!

During the freeze of 2021, our house flooded all the downstairs due to 2 pipes busting. Tommy and his group did a fantastic job of working with the insurance adjusters to insure the house was fixed correctly. They listened to our thoughts and ideas; gave feedback so that we can make informed decisions with changes we made. The remodel turned out amazing. Konner and his team at Jopco roofing replaced the roof of my new home in Castle Hills in Lewisville TX. I was able to monitor both the removal of the old roof and the adding of the new roof. I remarked to Konner afterwards that the roofing team worked extremely well together. I was not at all surprised when Konner said his crew had worked together for 14 years. We've had new roofs before (Texas hail is infamous for wrecking roofs) but never with the care and quality that Jopco provided. If I ever need a new roof I'm calling Konner because I know I'm getting a competitive price and superior quality.

Jopco replaced my roof after the storm damage this spring. They helped me appeal when my insurance company first declined to replace the entire roof. Ultimately the insurance company did agree to replace the entire roof. Jopco was professional, came when they said they would, did what they said they would, and I now have a new roof! I highly recommend them!

Awesome experience taking care of a renovation for us. They took a home in desperate need of an renovation and transformed it for us quickly. High quality work was done at a great price. Could not have asked for better communication and direction from Konner and team.

1 star because they did come look. They came looked said send bid. Never heard a word from them after that. Guess since mine was garage replace and not full roof I wasn't that important. What the missed out on is. My son needs full replacement decking and everything. And my beat friend needs full replacement. So when it slows down don't come knocking on my door
