Ike and Manuel were so awesome!! I needed a 10’x3’ bed cleared out ASAP so I could start a fall/winter lettuce garden. It was a bit out of my league. Ike answered my call and guided me through a quote and appointment time via phone. It was so easy!!! And now within 24hrs (I got lucky!) I have a plot I can take care of. I will definitely keep this business in mind for future endeavors. Thank you so much!!

UPDATE: We are responding to the comment Ike with Red Diamond Landscaping in Coppell, TX posted to our previous 1 star rating. It's been over a year now since Ike took off with our hard earned $5,000 deposit. No work was ever done and no material ever showed up at our doorstep. Here is a message to Ike since he ghosted us within a few weeks of taking our money. IKE, you know where we live. If you have selective amnesia, our address is 2804 Woodlake Ct Highland Village, TX 75077. You have our email address and you have our phone numbers. Despite what you posted not too long ago, you have made zero attempt to reach out to us and rightfully refund our money!! It's been over a year now!! We are still suffering the $5,000 loss from initially hiring you and giving you a deposit. To take off with an elderly, disabled veteran's money is not okay, Ike. It's not okay to take off and disappear with anyone's money for that matter but to take advantage of an elderly, disabled veteran makes matters worse. It's unforgivable. We have emailed you many different times and called you, as well as, Red Diamond Landscaping dozens of times to try to get the $5,000 deposit of ours that you took off with in 2023, back!! You told us you didn't use subs when we hired you contrary to what you posted. We have not seen you, or been contacted by you or anyone else representing Red Diamond Landscaping which is the opposite of what you posted in response to our 1 star review. We don't care what your problems previously were a year ago or what your problems look like now, we just want our hard earned money given back to us in full. Again, not a penny has been refunded to us and you have had our money for over a year now. These excuses you are now using and have posted in our opinion are not true and are completely fabricated by you. Is it fraud to take money from a homeowner and disappear without buying material or doing any work? In our opinion, it is Ike. FOLKS, WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT USING IKE OR RED DIAMOND LANDSCAPE FOR ANY OF YOUR LANDSCAPING NEEDS or you may end up losing a substantial amount of money to this contractor and never see him again which is exactly what has happened to us!! It's been over a year and we are still waiting for the return of our $5,000. AGAIN, NO MATERIAL CAME TO OUR HOME AND NO WORK WAS EVER DONE.

Ike and his team did a phenomenal job installing new sod this month. He is quick to respond, easy to collaborate with and provides better value than other landscapers I have worked with. I couldn’t recommend him more highly.

Ike and his team did awesome work redoing the landscaping at our residence, which included adding a retaining wall, all new plants, a stone pathway, and more. Great communication throughout the process and the results turned out so well. Ike has also been great with following up to ensure everything has been doing well and even recently replaced some plants that did not make the winter.

Called Ike for Christmas light install and ended up getting landscaping for the whole front yard. Very fast response, quote very reasonable, great job! Thank you for all your hard work 😊

.... Don't mind the grass, that's a project for another day. The rocks and plants by the house were done by Ike 🙃

If you happen to have a small patio job you just can’t get around to doing clean up from winter’s past, Red Diamond is the best choice for you! Looking forward to spending spring/summer evenings once I get the decorum finished!

Do not get into business with them! Very unprofessional! We were originally given a quote and 2D designs but were missing critical piece - retaining wall in the quote that was not clearly called out. Halfway through digging up the backyard Ike Obialo asked for more money to put the retaining wall which was already part of the 2D designs. We started payment schedule as agreed & signed by Ike and we were told materials were on the way. After 3 weeks of no progress he came asked for more money stating that the cost of the materials had gone up and can no longer procure them. Basically he had not even placed an order for materials and just lied to us about materials being on the way. He left our backyard with holes and is not willing to honor to prior committed quote. He has taken 50% of payment but only completed less than 20% of the work. He is not willing to refund the money or complete the job at this moment. I would not recommend getting into business.

I have quotes, email communications, dates & proof of payments made and so called numbers for material cost increase all within a timeline that clearly shows inability to stick within quoted budget. Quotes & contracts are signed by parties to agree on a budget and the fact that this business thinks that budgets can be increased whenever and whatever is "unforeseen circumstances" for them shows that they are not fit for this kind of profession.

After repeatedly asking to share the numbers of how much over we are on the quotes, they have not provided any definitive numbers so we have lost complete trust to even continue discussing a viable resolution. We cannot go on continuing this project blindly taking their word without finalizing any budget and shelling out unlimited money whenever with the excuse of material cost increase.
