Our inquiries were addressed professionally, and Joe’s personable approach made the experience better. While it’s essential the source quality materials the final outcome, also relies on skilled workmanship, which CLC Roofing delivered under Joe supervision and with a highly competent crew.

CLC Roofing did an excellent job installing a new roof on our house. This is the second time we have used this company following hail damage. We have recommended them to our neighbors as well and will continue to do so. Our project manager, Joe, did a great job coordinating everything and also dealing with the insurance company, which was no small task. He took care of us for both roof replacements mentioned.

The process to get it done with the insurance company was very difficult and took a long time but Jill Sweeny helped us every step of the way, making sure I had all the right information to speak with the claims people effectively. Jill and CLC brought in experts to help with the insurance discussions and appraisal process which was instrumental in getting the proper work done. We also had them do some internal work that turned out really well...them being a one stop shop for all kinds of repairs was very helpful. We will definitely use CLC again if the need arises!

Kyle Hansen was knowledgeable, answered all my questions clearly, and took the time to explain the scope of work and options available. Even though I haven’t moved forward with the project yet, I was very impressed with their transparency and professionalism.

I had some pretty bad roof damage located in Rockwall County. I called all of the local guys from Nabors to Tucker Roofing. What really stood out to me was the level of customer service from Tom Gramer at CLC. Honestly, that is the main reason I went with them. He was very honest and professional in his sales approach and that carried all the way through to the completion of the job. Truth be told, I wanted to stay with a local business, but when the customer service Tom provided was well above the conpetition, I had no reason not give CLC the contract. Call and ask for Jaime! They helped us through the whole process after insurance didn’t want to pay. He is knowledgeable and professional. CLC did a great job and Jaime is excellent!

What a great experience working with Logan and the CLC Roofing Crew. My home is a new build but the builder did subpar work and an area was missed on inspection causing a leak into my garage. From the start reception made me feel at ease and made the best efforts to get someone out asap. Intro Logan; what a great asset yall have there this young man was kind; thorough and made the pre work experience clear and kept me informed. Yall had Justo out in less than 4 hours and he assessed found the source of the issue and come up with a plan of action. From consult to complete sub 48 hours that’s not a great experience that a phenomenal experience and CLC knocked it out of the park. Look, no one wants to have to have roof work done but if ya need it why not make it as easy as possible and yourselves the favor of working with CLC and their great crew! Thx a ton yall!

I had my shingle roof, gutters, and patio metal roof replaced by CLC roofing. They provided a great service including roof/property inspection, handling insurance claim, and house roof/gutter/metal patio roof installation. It was a pleasure working with Jill from CLC roofing. She was absolutely fantastic in terms of quality of service and took very good care of us all the time as customers. She spent time explaining all the steps of the project from day one and closely managed the steps throughtout the entire project very well. Very responsive and understanding.
